Beautiful location and courteous, dedicated staff. And the management company continues to make site wide improvements.

Do not rent from this place. Management would constantly go back on what they would say. Constantly giving and taking permissions away. Also if you stay until your lease is over don’t expect to get any of your security deposit back at all. We are currently getting charged $2,000.00 for painting of the unit which is absolutely absurd and we have lawyers getting ready to fight this. Had someone bust our door and our window we then asked for camera footage for the police and they never did. Then when we had moved out they had blamed us for the door even though they said they would take care of it and never did. Security deposit was $1300.00, repairs were $325.00 which was understandable, but $2,000.00 for paint??? So now we owe $1,000.00 of our own money in ten days and especially around Christmas. Typical. Susan was nice.

The Lease procedure at Bayshore Estates was presented by Susan and I totally understood. We walked through the unit to make sure everything was in order and I was able to get the keys to my brand new living space. Thanks Susan & other Associates for the pleasant experience today at Bayshore Estates. The unit and I are both ‘move in ready’❣️

UPDATE:( I don't know what starting to happen back here now . Was told a couple months ago NO garden and can have a fire pit as long as it had a cap on it . Well was just told now NO fire pits at all . This place was changing for the good, now I having second thoughts about this place . We pay a high lot rent anyways and now being told how we have to live by these unnecessary rules . I think it's time to start looking for a new place to live. I am glad we found out now because we was getting ready to look into one of these doublewides . It's ashame that they are now putting in these unnecessary rules over one person's action. We have lived here since 2010 without any write up's or trouble , Kept our yard nicely landscpaped and always paid our lot rent on time . I fill the whole park should not be punished over one person actions. I would of loved to continue to live here at Bayshore but these unnecessary rules are just getting out of hand ) . My husband and I have lived here since 11/01/2010 .The new owners are doing a lot of work out here . This is going to be a great park when they get done . The lady in the office as well as the owners are really friendly and seem to really care about this place and the residents.
