R.V. Park is the perfect size and does not feel crowded. Has a dog run and dog wash station. Nice indoor gathering room for Bingo and other activities. Nice pool area. Clean showers/rest rooms. Game board announcements to include biking and kayaking. Clean laundry room with ironing board. A quiet little paradise. It is located down the road from a paved long bike/walk trail. Propane on site. West Florida coast is a 20 minute drive. This is not a hotel. Rules are strictly enforced. This park is patrolled by law enforcement. ❗️Absolutely no soliciting❗️

The only negative thing about this place is that it’s situated right off the highway. Still though, no thru traffic and no highway noise. But it’s quiet, clean and extremely welcoming! Pool is always clean and inviting. Showers are hugely roomy and easy to use. Dog park is always clean and even has lights for nighttime!! Permanent residents are friendly and happy to share all the reasons they like Florida. Kid and pet friendly. Just an overall really really great place to stay. And because of the Highway location it is extremely easy to head to any destination you have for the day. Wether it be close by shopping, the new shopping centers being built or the beaches nearby!!

We have been Rv'ing for years. This is the first RV resort that we are 100% happy with. They have large, spacious, sites. Long and wide. They have picnic tables and allow camp fires. The pool is fantastic..although a bit chilly our last week there? The Laundry area is exceptional. Everyone is so friendly...and they have constant activities. The area around is beautiful...we liked it so much... we are staying for 3 months next year. Thank you Sandy Oaks for a great experience!

My family stayed at this resort for almost 2 years. All I can say is it is wonderful. The staff was very nice and the place was immaculate. The pool area was very nice, kept clean. The clubhouse was spacious. It has many options to choose from it for entertainment.The staff was always friendly and especially helpful. They had several events planned during the Season for guest. to enjoy. It is a pet friendly park with a very nice area for them to walk and play. I would highly recommend this to anyone as a place to say short or long term. And if needed I will always go back.

*** BEWARE*** Felt "RIPPED OFF - NOT customer oriented! On Dec 16, 2023, my husband and I booked a 7-day RV stay at Sandy Oaks RV Park, Beverly Hills FL 34465. This was 9 weeks in advance of our Feb 18, 2024 arrival, planned so we could be close to a family member was scheduled to have surgery mid-Feb. Over Christmas we learned the date/location for surgery had changed. We immediately called to cancel and because we were at Day 55 (5 days into their 30 - 60 day window) for a full refund, they kept 50% of what we paid plus $40 admin fee. They charged us $279 out of the $355 we paid. They only had our reservation for 12 days!!!! We called and talked with Jodee, the manager, who was unwaivering and adamant those were the rules. We pointed out their website stated "50% of your security deposit plus $40 administrative fee" would be charged, not the entire amount of the 7-day stay. (Wow, we made a HUGE mistake paying 100% up front.) Our fellow RV-friends agreed that a refund of $279 for holding a reservation for 12 days was unreasonable and not consistent with their stated cancellation policy. They called and spoke with two different staff members who told them the 50% applied to 1st night's stay, not the entire 7 nights. e.g., cancellation charges would be $36 plus $40 admin totaling $76. Jodee charged us $279! Beware! this is not a nice "friendly and helpful" RV Park. Be sure to double check EVERYTHING before booking with them so you're not "ripped off" like we feel we were.

Friendly people, well kept grounds, clean public restrooms, laundry, and a very nice clubhouse. A park breakfast was delicious.

This place is great. Although the power lines are a bit disturbing and per passport America the discount ended the 15th of December. I was there before the end date and dident get the discount. But I have found that alot through passport America at alot of camp sites. Don't ask me who to blame.

NOT HAPPY We live in Beverly Hills and wanted to get away once in awhile. Approximately 6 weeks or more ago made reservations for Sandy Oaks, Beverly Hills. Was told the spot we originally stayed at would be taken a person staying for three months. That is fine. We chose another (#54) when we arrived they gave us (45). We were not called or told they had moved us. Just because someone chooses 5 days or a few weeks should not change the fact that you move the short stays to where you want. That is poor business. They can stay in temporary spot till the short stay leaves. We have done that in other areas. I come here about three times a year. You have lost a customer. I hope people will know you are not customer oriented. ALSO: The back side of RV park is loaded with sand spurs. Not pet friendly or people friendly.

It was conveniently located for sightseeing. I liked it because it was quiet. When coming from the city this was nice. Maintained very nice. Nice staff. Had everything I needed. Wanting to go back soon. Had a nice spot.

Spent a long weekend there with a group after the snowbirds left. We could not have been treated better. Some of the turns getting to the sites were a bit tight for the larger rigs, but we all made it fine. Paved patios on sites. Laundry, free wifi, pool, communal fire pit, small driving range, and other amenities. Showers are not air conditioned, or at least when we were there, but they were clean. Close to Ocala, a Walmart and other shopping about 7-8 miles down the road. Convenience store nearby - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
