Felt very safe, sites were level, friendly and helpful staff, clean accommodations (the pool was nice!) and just minutes from the border if you are headed over for medical or dental work. We will for sure stay here again when we go back for more dental work.

Everything is up to date and clean, laundry room new and clean. Restrooms the same. Didn't get a chance to use the pool but I did check it out, that was also very clean. Thay also have some buddy sites, where two RVS can face each other. Great idea!

Super place to stay in your RV on your way to Los Algodones, Mexico. Great staff (thanks, Lisa for your welcoming kindness and hospitality!), clean facilities & fun community game nights on Friday nights! We definitely would stay here again!

We have stayed here several times in our travel trailer. We love the location. Yes the time difference between CA and AZ is a bit tricky but we just stay on AZ time because that's where we mostly hang out. The sites are roomy and level. The location is far enough away from the trains and freeway so that it is very quiet. The staff is amazing. The bathrooms are very clean and the laundry is large and priced reasonably. Now for the cons. There is an absolutely beautiful pool and hot tub. However, after years of waiting the pool is still not heated at all and is not swimmable, unless you're a polar bear. The hot tub was functioning fine though so we used it. Con #2. The water in the shower took forever to heat up, using precious time since you do have to insert quarters to run it. AND worst of all, the water pressure was barely above a dribble. I almost couldn't rinse the shampoo out of my thin hair. If the owners would heat the pool and address the water pressure issue all would be 5 star here.

Rented a travel trailer & parked it here while visiting our son & his wife for a few days. It was nice to be so close to the & everything in Yuma. Enjoyed the park except for trains across the road. But, since it's not in town there were no train horns blowing, just the sound of frequent trains rolling by, not too bad.
