Beautiful well kept campground. Clean bathrooms and very peaceful. Camp hosts friendly and helpful.

Beautiful campground! Large sites! Had to reserve on recreation.gov but price was very fair. There is no shower just vault toilets that don’t flush. No running water at campground. However it’s a gorgeous campground, fully covered with tall pine trees, although we found a spot between the trees to put our tent and left the rain cover off so that we could fall asleep admiring all of the stars which are viewable here, since it’s an international dark sky area (Valles caldera down the road has the designation.) There was enough space to pull in both of our SUV’s and they were not in the way, oh and it’s dog friendly. A picnic table and fire ring and plenty of large rocks and boulders to sit on. Jemez falls hiking trail is at the back of the campground, it’s an added bonus. We will definitely return!

Such a gorgeous place. We didn't get to camp here but we parked here to hike to the falls. It's a super short and pretty hike through ponderosa forest. The trailis mostly wide and flat but gets rocky at the end. The falls are loud but hard to see from the viewing area. We hiked it with 2 toddlers, no problem.

Quite nice. Was a little sad there was no water.

Beautiful area. The campsites are well maintained. Be sure to book in advance, as it usually fills up quickly.

Beautiful campground! Very quiet and serene. Book this one for as long as you can stay. I didn't want to leave. Bring a good sweater, the nights we're much cooler than expected for the end of July. The trails are nice, scenery is amazing, and bathrooms were clean. Will definitely be returning!

We stayed at Loop 1 Site 2 which was very close to a drinking water tap and a wheelchair accessible toilet which I haven't seen much. Views are great, site was clean and well maintained and peaceful. Only an hour and a half from Abq and right next to Jemez falls. Overall great experience.

What a great campground! Beautiful area! Well kept! We try to leave our camp site cleaner than we found it. We usually haul out a bag full of others trash, here it was only a hand full!! Bathrooms were very clean too!!

Would recommend. Great location with springs nearby, clean bathrooms, and plenty of shade. Shout out to the current campground host, James, for being so welcoming as well!
