Stayed here for 6 weeks. Nice and quiet. Grounds are kept clean. Ms Pam in the office is the best.

It's been a while since we stayed here, but, the manager was amazing, they actually fixed every problem we informed them of. They even assisted us when FEMA gave us assistance after we recovered from the Moss Point tornadoes. Quiet, friendly, and welcoming. They are also pet friendly!

Most people are friendly but seems like different rules for different people. Don't have many get together unless you plan yourself. Be nice if park have potluck dinners get together for campers. Suppose to be resort not close. Manager is friendly and helpful .We like it we have our own get together with people we have met here. Been here 8 months

We called from the road. No trouble getting in for 2 nights. Gravel pull-thru, clean bathrooms, very helpful staff. Very reasonably priced.

Looks like an okay place when you pull in but don't let that fool you. Big open lot conveniently located off I-10 but that's it. Open sewer pipes all over a big sand lot with a little bit of gravel over the top of it, not to mention the nails and large screws that would give you a flat tire. Only there for 2 nights and it rained a bit but the place should have been able to handle it. All kinds of garbage floated out in the road from the people that live there. We sank 6 inches in the gravel/sand luckily we were able to put our pads under the wheels and get out. I'm sure all of the good reviews are from the people living there and getting a discount for the review. Beware of the paperwork that they have you sign at check-in, they must have problems and that should have been a warning sign. Like a contract holding them responsible for nothing that could go wrong. On the road for over a year now and never have I seen anything like it. I could go on with more but I've said enough and you've been warned. Good luck
