The rate to stay here is nice, but the WIFI sucks 90% of the time, the spots are very unlevel, the roads have huge potholes, and their playground is only big enough to let one child play on at a time.

most managers are nice, some you seem to always catch at the wrong time & place. their roads could use some TLC, but the neighbors are nice and quiet & everyone keeps to themselves. pizza delivery have never had a problem finding us. stick close to the speed limit, pay rent on time, and you shouldn’t have any issues. small playground, pool, handful of picnic areas, laundry house & public bathrooms available to everyone. our stay has been pleasant for the most part

This park had to be a beautiful resort at one time..as stated by a previous reviewer there is no marina but a pond that hasnt been taken care of. There are wide open grassy areas. We were there 2 nights but never saw the owners as they were closed thurs and friday for the Thanksgiving holiday. The cost is very reasonable but you get what you pay for. Owner was accommodating when I called to make reservations. The parking spots are all gravel no grass..the cable is all ripped out and left hanging..the whole area looks uncared for ..it could be a beautiful park with some TLC.
