Mostly quiet here except for on the weekends it can get a little loud with neighbors having parties but it is a safe place to live

I had company who lives in a MHP in Santee & was surprised at the junk in peoples yards & the illegal fence! Like I've always said, if there was a fire at the end of the main road on the right...fire dept. couldn't get to it in the back & residents could die. I took photos to Fire chief, but that stupid fence is still there. She was bot impressed.

It's sucks the street light s don't work u can't see the unfinished electrical J-Box in the middle of the street Witch does not have the 'correct metal' cover with the correct locking devices bedsides that They owe me$3500.For the installation of the new wiring and meter boxes in 2015 so yea they suck
