We were to stay at Sarasota RV Resort for 4 months .. my husband became ill and was advised by his Dr to come home .. We left January 27 and was told no refund what so ever , I get it but they could have given us April back , since then my husband has had surgery I reached out to the managers to give update on my husband’s health and no response .. For the price it was not a luxury RV resort by no means .. as far as the pool it was on the next street .. It was not on property.. . it’s shared . .. very dissatisfied

Great place to spend the winter. The park is clean. They have a beautiful pool and hot tub. Pickleball, bocci, shuffleboard, and. fitness room. It’s located on the bay and there are swings and picnic benches. Everyone working, staying and living there are pleasant and friendly.

Clean RV park with a boat dock and recreation hall. Very active and friendly community that is well kept and located near the beaches.

This is 1/3 campground 2/3rds permanent mobile homes and is sister location to Paradise Bay Estates. This is a very active community. There is a very nice large pool, a very busy and active shuffleboard, pickleball community which have inviting groups that will teach you the games. There is also a nice woodworking shop onsite and a fishing group with a good bit of fish stories. The park sits right on Sarasota Bay which is a great place to meet neighbors during the sunset. People are out walking, bike riding and golf carting all hours of the day.

The marketing of this park through posted pictures are not very accurate. You're pretty much going to get a cement slab with an ornamental palm tree. The management of this park needs to up their game as their communication on simple protocols and use of amenities is lacking. All this just creates wasted time that's unnecessary. The permanent residents are very unwelcoming and we had a bizarre incident trying to get into the pool that could have been avoided by just some common decency from a few of the residence. The location has great proximity to Bradenton Beach and Anna Maria Island.

I just got and a couple of days ago check in was very easy and staffers were helpful and pleasant. They got me set up and everything is good I really liked the place so far it is so close to the most beautiful beaches in Florida. It's close to tons of shopping and bicycling is perfect here. There are lots of amenities at the RV park as well.

Management notify me there is a massive COVID outbreak at park so I cancel my reservation . They kept my whole deposit of $500.00. Would not recommend this park

I love this park and do you know why? Because you must be 55 or older. Dogs (and their barking) not allowed. And the managers actually enforce the rules. The park is clean. It's close to everything. It's quiet. The showers are clean. The park is well maintained. The residents are friendly. I drag my RV there for the winter and I love it. You can ride your bike to the beach. They have a very nice pool. I wish I could buy a place here.

This is a beautiful place with a great group of neighbors and an amazing pool and marina. If you need a place to hang your hat during the cold winter months, this is your place!
