So first let me tell you how easy it is to access. They are right off the interstate.. I’m not sure about you, but that means a lot to me. And even though I got there after hours, he partially greeted me, changed my spot to accommodate the length of my RV was extremely friendly, and that means almost as much to me is access to the Interstate. There’s nothing fancy about this campground. It’s easy and easy out easy to hook up. I think it’s in a state park which is why they charge a park fee but anytime I go back-and-forth on 20. I will use this campsite and that’s the best recommendation I can give.

Depends on what you are looking for. This campground worked for us. This place is basic. The bath house was good. Our site was flat and level, could have had more gravel. We pick this campground because of location, and that worked. Our stay was satisfactory.

The good: It is near highway if you need an easy overnight stop. But know that "scenic" applies to highway and not the campground. It is one big lot with gravel and patches of grass. Owner could invest in trees[!!] and updating restrooms. No senior or military discounts.

Good overnight stop. Easy on and off the highway. Cracker Barrel is at the next exit. I reserved and paid online. Received lot assignment and passwords via email. I never saw anyone working at the park. My Lot (16) was level and roomy. Most campers at park seem to be long term campers. Some of the campers were poorly maintained and had a lot of stuff on the ground around them.

I'm now sitting in the dark writing this review, no power at this campground... This campground needs much improvements. Broken electric box. It's a large gravel parking lot. So much room for improvement. And the office could have let us know that the power was out. And had been out for the past 24hrs. This is also the most expensive camp site we have stayed at on our entire trip. What the heck is a lock site fee and why is it $20. We didn't even get to use the site #07 we rented. It was full and had to call the owner and were told to go to a different site #19. Not happy! We should get a huge discount...

We chose Scenic Drive RV Park based on reviews and website photos. It was for an overnight stay as we traveled. Full hook up was great.

Stayed for 1 night. Easy in and out. Not far from I-20. No noise from highway. Park was clean. Site 17 was a pull through and level. Dog friendly park; but no dog park. A lot of space to walk your dog.

We absolutely love this place! I’ve stayed at a lot of RV parks over the years, and Scenic Drive RV Park & Campground is one of the most welcoming and well-run parks you’ll find! The owner and staff are some of the friendliest people you’ll meet, always ready to help, answer questions, and make you feel right at home. The sites are spacious, level, and easy to get into. Clean bathrooms and showers, and solid Wi-Fi. If you are ever passing through the area I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great family atmosphere. They are very nice people here. It is great place to stay for a short or extended stay. Laundry mat and shower house on site. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great location and a great park. It is also one of the cleanest parks I have been to in a long time. Bathrooms and showers are also very clean.

THIS IS A TRALOR PARK THAT ALLOWS RVS TO POP IN AND OUT NOTHING MORE. Checked in at the last minute, things went very smooth. Sights are flat and gravel. Did leave early and will not return due to the fact that the hostess is extremely nosy and borderline stalker became very upset when I would not give her my last name insisted that she already knew where I was from because she had already found me on Facebook. I and then became upset when I would not tell her my last name insisted that I was one of her tenants.. Insisted she had Already found me on Facebook knew who I was etc. I found that to be very creepy. Will not return.

Wonderful last minute stop between Atlanta and Birmingham. We called at 6pm tired from all day driving and the owner was so friendly on the phone and the hosts were ready when we pulled in. Ill be saving this one for a return stay. Thank you for your hospitality!

The owner was very polite and the bath house was clean but the host he has was terrible and very rude. She told me at 4 in the afternoon I had to make my dog stop barking because they had day sleepers, when it clearly says quite time is 10pm-8am. She also got very rude with me and several other campers about a bird in the middle of a campsite that had orange cones on both sides of it because our children were playing like children do and there football went near the cone and they went and got it and it scared the bird. She definitely has no manners and has no idea what southern hospitality is. It is very unfortunate for the owner that he will have many people never return to this campground.

We're so happy we found this site. Christina the host was extremely helpful. Max, the owner was friendly and nice. Grounds are kept very neat. Bathrooms are very, very clean including showers. Close to the interstate and having the grounds surrounded by trees kept the noise down. Will definitely be parking here again.
