We have stayed at this campsite a few times and it is always clean and the people are friendly. Some sites in the campground are a little more tight and narrow which makes sitting outside around a campfire or grilling outside very difficult or impossible depending on the size of your rig. There are several "green areas" which is nice for walking your dogs/pets. Firewood, for small campfires, is provided at no charge but it is "first come, first serve". This is a very nice campground and I would recommend.

Great location in hill country, with tons of stores and Amish businesses to browse. We like to stop here every year as we travel around the country.

This review is based on the 'back' (lower) section of the park. It is far better than the main area which isn't much more than a gravel parking lot. The back section is all gravel and level pull-thru sites that can accommodate most any RV. This section has well manicured grass between all the sites. The lower area exit might be a bit of a challenge for large Class A towing a vehicle. Better to hook-up in the main (upper) section. Between the two sections is a very nice and large grassy area for dogs to walk/play. The lots are well spaced and all have a fire ring and picnic table. One interesting thing we have never seen before - The management has several large piles of wood throughout the campground for campers to freely use for fires at their site. All the staff that we met were very friendly and willing to help with any problems that you might have. We will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful time at scenic hills rv campground., we had a very nice, well maintained lot, full hookups, including water electric sewer, was easy to get into. What's near several places in the area? Which were absolutely fabulous. The food in the area was amazing. All the people that we dealt within the area. We're very nice and courteous. We had 3 campers in a group which we've got to be side by side. With all that sad we had an absolutely, wonderful 3 days. weekend.

Update: This campground has become our "go to" place for OAC. We sincerely enjoy the folks and their great hospitality! We have made some great friends meeting other folks camping here. Love to come several times a year from VA. Visited with our new Class A RV the 3rd week of September. We found the park very clean, quiet, and pet friendly. Of course, I cleaned up after my chocolate lab and noticed others were cleaning up after their dogs. We have been coming to the Millersburg/Amish area for over 16 years, but this is the first time in an RV. Will come back here again, as it was centrally located and a great place to stay. They had fire pits and picnic tables for each site, and free wood for the campfire. Very quiet and neighbors were great!

The owners Mary and Sam were very nice and helpful. We originally were going to stay 5 nights however they accommodated us when we came in 1 day early and due to the hurricane that was impacting our next campsite, they were able to accommodate us for 4 extra days. We really loved the place and will go back when we go back to Holmes County.

Great, QUIET campground! My husband and I went for our anniversary and loved it. Our spot was very spacious and close to the neighbors animal pin, so we were able to watch them in the evenings. No bathhouse or amenities for kids, but that's WHY I chose this place for our tripšŸ˜‰

Great campground in Amish Country. Conveniently located. Meticulously kept. One of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. The only reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because the ā€œseasonalā€ sites where we were are a little tight. The bottom and front sites are much much larger. They even supply wood while you’re staying. Highly recommend.

I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Amish County. It seems like a pretty central location, and is very close to downtown. I wouldn't say walking distance because there are no sidewalks to walk on. The place was very clean and well kept. Small little campground, but had the basic utilities. The laundry facility was nice to have, and I enjoyed the book/movie exchange. The biggest downside is that because I have a small camper, they put me in the smallest site they have. My truck didn't even fit in front of the site perpendicular, so I had to park on the grass despite the no parking on the grass rules. It was also quite a steep hill I had to back onto my site from. Lastly, the hens from the farm across the street come over, and they are very loud.
