Scenic Orchard RV Park
Overview
Scenic Orchard RV Park offers a quiet escape in the Arizona Strip, providing a lush contrast to the surrounding desert landscape. This park is widely recognized for its mature fruit trees and peaceful atmosphere, offering a unique setting where travelers can unwind under the shade of established greenery. Unlike massive desert resorts, this park maintains a quaint, boutique feel that prioritizes natural beauty and a slower pace of life, making it a hidden gem for those traveling through the Southwest.
Location & Surroundings
Situated in the small community of Littlefield, Arizona, the park serves as a strategic gateway between the bustling energy of Mesquite, Nevada, and the scenic wonders of Southern Utah. The location provides stunning views of desert mesas and the rugged terrain of the nearby Virgin River Gorge. Its proximity to Interstate 15 makes it an incredibly accessible stopover, yet it remains far enough from the main highway to ensure a serene and quiet environment for both long-term residents and overnight travelers.
Amenities & Park Features
The park is thoughtfully designed to accommodate a variety of travelers with spacious full-hookup sites that include both 30 and 50-amp electrical service. The most notable feature is the namesake orchard, where the sites are surrounded by shade trees. Amenities include:
- Clean restroom and shower facilities
- On-site laundry services for guests
- Well-maintained pull-thru sites for big rigs
These features provide a cool sanctuary during the warm Arizona summer months while ensuring all functional needs are met during your stay.
Nearby Attractions & Things to Do
Exploring the broader region is simple from this central location, with the world-class golf courses and entertainment of Mesquite just a short ten-minute drive away. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate being within a manageable driving distance of iconic destinations like Zion National Park and the Grand Canyon. In addition to the national parks, the region offers unique geological formations and quiet desert trails that are perfect for those who enjoy rugged outdoor desert recreation and photography.
Who This Park Is Best For
This park is ideal for travelers who prefer a quiet, no-frills experience rather than the crowded atmosphere of a high-activity resort. It is a perfect fit for seasonal snowbirds looking for a temperate winter base or road trippers navigating the scenic corridor between Las Vegas and Salt Lake City. If you value a friendly, community-oriented atmosphere and the simple pleasure of staying in a lush green oasis amidst the stark desert, Scenic Orchard RV Park is an excellent fit for your travel style.

Such a fantastic place to escape the Utah cold temperatures during Winter months. They have done an amazing job with the set up and the staff is great. We're thankful for being on their list of residents.

Love this RV park. It's away from the Highway but close enough to Mesquite for anything you need. Sites are huge! Good water. We have had no issues with the wifi. It is surrounded by dirt roads so it's great for walking your dog, riding bikes or side by sides. There is a laundry room on site. No pool. No hot tub. Only a pool table in the office area. But we never use those amenities anyway. The price is hundreds$ less than the others in the area. We highly recommend Orchard RV park.

Very clean, huge spaces for your RV and vehicles (including your recreational vehicles). Plenty of space for your outdoor furniture. Paved roads, doggie park, gazebo, fantastic views.

We have been to this new RV park twice. The management was very accommodating. This new RV park appears to be in the final stages of completion with another stage of expansion being planned. There was no construction activity during our stay. The premium pull-through site to which we were assigned was huge by RV park standards, at about 80 feet long and 40 feet wide. This was enough that we did not unhook our towed vehicle for our overnight stay. Full hookups are all in new condition, as expected for a new park. There were several "seasonal" visitors who were set up for longer-term stays, having wooden stairs and extended-stay propane tanks. All were neat and in good condition; there are no derelict "squatter" vehicles here. Older vehicles, like our 2007, must share current photos and be approved before they are allowed to stay. Online registration a day or more in advance is recommended. There were several sites with late-model side-by-side off-highway-vehicles assumed to be used on nearby roads and trails. None were in use during our stay. This quiet park has no nearby restaurants, fast food, convenience stores, or fuel; the nearest being within ten miles at Mesquite, NV.

This park was a great find for us! Great views, quiet, really large spaces, not too far from town with shopping. Linda was super with us, very patient and very nice. The office is new and the laundry facility is nice and clean. I would highly recommend this park!
