I've lived here in my RV for 9 years now. Up until the last couple of years it was a nice place to live. The current manager does nothing. I'm on the RV side and we have a little cluster of old abandoned rv's that management is doing nothing about. 6 months after the hurricane there is still debris and downed trees along the road and in the dog walk areas. There is and uprooted portion of a tree between 2 rv's that they seem to think is the renters responsibility. If your thinking about moving into this park with your rv or mobile home, I would think very carefully about it. Management here is virtually non existent and all the parent company cares about is collecting its rent.

A pretty mobile home residential area for 55 and up. Clean, safe, good location east of the VA.

The manager should just stay home and bake cookies, she is not management material. It was the worst place I have ever been in my entire life. Beware of the maintenance man, he is rude, obnoxious . The washers are always breaking down. You are packed in like sardines. No privacy. Showers have mold. There are RVs with junk everywhere. The main garbage overflow every week. You have to load your garbage in your car and drive it to the dumpsters. But, the manager makes decisions based on ...what ever she thinks is good for her that week. But, it is a no-brainer job for someone with no brains.
