Just got home from a week on the Oregon Coast for our wedding anniversary. Stayed at the Sea and Sand RV Resort which was recommended to us by friends. Loved it there. The beach views were fabulous; made even better by the king tides. Owners/staff were welcoming and friendly. Amenities were clean. We will definitely be back again next year.

We enjoyed the king tides and stormy weather. That park is well kept, neat and clean. Check in was easy with kind staff member happily pointing out some of nearby highlights. I'm giving a 4 stars, and I would give zero stars for the wifi. The Tango internet is something that we experienced when living aboard our boat and never worked well. No, we didn't need to stream a movie or download anything huge, we just wanted basic communication, the ability to send text messages, email, and a light browse of the internet. My wife and I co-solve the NYT crossword puzzle every day, but we had to drive to a coffee shop because the internet was so abysmal. This wifi wouldn't provide, even when we parked our truck under the antenna. This in and of itself wouldn't have been a problem, but there is barely any cell phone service in that area, at least with AT&T.

Best RV trip for us this year. Great Location between Depoe Bay and Lincoln City. Beach access is easy. Spectacular ocean views from the oceanfront sites, especially this week with king tides and big breakers. Service is great. Everyone is friendly and very responsive to needs and questions. The RV park is super clean and nicely maintained. Kudos to the folks who work there. An added bonus is that the wi-fi was strong and we were able to easily stream movies AND we were able to watch world series games on antenna TV reception, since we were so close to towns on the coastline (except 1 night when blocked by a taller RV nextdoor :-) Highly revommend this park to all.

We were having issues with the online booking so called them directly and both times we were greeted with the kind and helpful folks that manage the office. They helped us get into a site that fit our 5th wheel and still gave us a nice view of the ocean. When we arrived I mentioned that we are good sam members and they set up a refund to go back on our card. The place is great, from the scenery, beach access and facilities. On our last night we had a beautiful sunset and a campfire on the beach. Loved our stay and will be back 100% certain.

Great park! Only a few beach front spaces but even the inland spaces are very nice. Not crammed in and space separated by foliage. Affordable too! Shower room is appointed better than my home bathroom. Roomy showers and plenty of hot water. Only complaint was no electrical outlets near sink. Staff were friendly and helpful. Best park I have stayed in for a long time!

Friendly staff. Nice and quiet with awesome beach access. If you have Good Sam the rates are reasonable for what you get and still much cheaper than hotels. Saw a seal swimming right off the beach. 2nd time staying here and will be back for a 3rd.

Nice place if you dont plan to have any friends stop by! Limit of 6 people at a campsite including guests. We had 2 kids with us. Friends stopped by with two kids. We were told they had to leave immediately! Never had these rules at a camground before Their website boasts. "Guests from years past bring their children and grandchildren to experience the everlasting memories together as they did before!" Not sure how you do that with a limit of 6!! One lady was very nice at check in the other lady wasn't friendly at all!

My kids and I had the amazing opportunity to stay at Sea and Sand in early May. I wish that I could give additional stars! The facilities were clean, well managed, and the staff a joy to work with. But that all pales to the beauty of the sea facing sites. My kids and I parked our RV on one of the sites that overlook the ocean. The sunsets were beautiful, access to the beach was right outside the RV door. My children and I loved chasing the tide and enjoying the beach. I cannot thank sea and sand enough for continuing to provide access to this memorable area for those of us who enjoy traveling by RV!

Had the greatest weather for three days ! Beautiful location facing the ocean. Clean well kept grounds, super friendly staff, clean bathrooms and showers. Very dog friendly with clean up stations. Generous campsite size and full service with cable. Enjoyed several long walks on the beach.

This has been a wonderful place to go for years now. We have noticed a big change this last time with the manager in the office as she was not too pleasant to work with. Other than that, it's a great place!
