Was going to move there, but I had to pay $5000 for a slab of concrete for my trailer to go there ended up moving to Jhonsons Landing New ownership they didn’t request $5000.00 slap of concrete for my trailer sea view estates has concrete so why should I have to pay?

Stayed here in the off season and it was great. If you want peace and quiet and plenty of sun and heat this place is it. Great location if you want to be near Palm Springs, Salton Sea, Inland Empire, Riverside and San Bernardino counties.

This is a pretty neat place. They have pretty much anything you could want including a huge dog park fenced in. It doesn’t get much better than that. When you take care of my dogs you’re taking care of me.

Had to give 1 star to comment. Too expensive for what you get and not as advertised. The mineral spa & jacuzzi have been gone for 30+ years. They do have a swimming pool and a club house. The guy that does the upkeep has always done a great job!

This is an exciting trailer park where you feel the culture of both Canada and Mexico. It’s quiet with the sound of birds chirping in the morning. That is as long as there’s not 20 or 30 side-by-sides revving their motors like the start of the Daytona 500. An owl did swoop down and steal my girlfriend‘s kitten while we were there, but witnessing nature in its finest form was worth it. Overall, I really love this place and I look forward to going back soon and I recommended it to anyone, that wants to get away.

This was a great spot to stay for 2 nights while we went to Joshua Tree for the day. It had a really nice pool, laundry room, and bathrooms. Except the hot tub was empty. But the spots were large pull throughs. Close to the Salton Sea and great for walking around the park and on the beach. Friendly folks in the office.

It’s called Seaview Estates and it’s a beautiful and peaceful RV park with extremely friendly people and a great monthly rate. So the wifi is weak and there's no cable, with so much to do here you'll never be bored. And the Wifi is fine sometimes and ok for normal use. If one was relying on it for work, it probably wouldn't suffice. We get several TV antenna channels most originating out of Palm Springs so the weather info is fairly accurate. The managers at this park are friendly and make you feel welcome and work hard to keep this gem ideal for snowbirds! There are a lot of amenities to keep up and they are always working on updating and/or maintenance. There is a Long Term area and an Overnighters section. The sites are all large pull thru sites with FHU for any size rigs, most with picnic tables. No fire rings but there is a nice area for a community fire circle. Our site has one of the nice trees that scatter the park and I love having coffee outside while the sun rises and relaxing after a day of fun while the sun sets - each are spectacular! Bike rides are fairly easy since the ground is mostly flat. You could ride around the huge park or venture down the main roads outside the park. The traffic is light. There is a 9 hole golf course just a few yards down the street but it's very desert like and rough - no grass, it's sand and scrub. But if you just want to hit the ball around a bit it's fun. The park's library is stocked with 100's of books of all kinds. I especially like the cookbook section and my husband found some great history books. It will take a while to get familiar with all the different genres and volunteers help keep the shelves organized. The pool is large and sparkling and going for a cool swim in the afternoon has become a daily ritual. There are several chaise lounges, chairs, tables some umbrellas to relax and socialize around. And there are lots of social activities - potlucks, holiday events, dances, games, etc. I just love it here.
