Sea-Vu West

Overview

Sea-Vu West is an upscale RV resort located in the heart of the Southern Maine coastline. It provides a lush, community-focused atmosphere rather than a standard transient stopover. Spacious landscaped sites offer exceptional privacy and a sense of belonging in a beautifully manicured setting. The park is widely recognized for its cleanliness and friendly seasonal community, making it a premier choice for those looking to enjoy the coastal charm of Maine during the summer months.

Location & Surroundings

Situated in Wells, ME, the park offers easy access to the scenic Atlantic coastline. It is tucked away from the heaviest traffic of Route 1, providing a quieter, wooded environment while remaining minutes from major shopping and dining hubs. The surrounding area features lush greenery and easy access to the Ogunquit-Wells town line, giving visitors the best of both coastal towns without the noise of the main strip.

Amenities & Park Features

The resort features an impressive large heated swimming pool and a dedicated splash pad for younger guests. Fitness-oriented travelers appreciate the winding walking trails and the modern clubhouse facilities that host various community events. Practical needs are met with immaculate laundry rooms and high-quality utility hookups. The addition of a community fire pit and organized social activities fosters a welcoming environment for travelers staying for an extended vacation.

Nearby Attractions & Things to Do

Guests are perfectly positioned to explore Wells Beach and the nearby Moody Beach. The convenient Ogunquit Trolley stops right near the resort entrance, offering a stress-free way to visit Perkins Cove or the scenic Marginal Way walking path. For nature lovers, the Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge is just a short drive away, offering stunning marsh views and bird-watching opportunities along its quiet, accessible trails.

Who This Park Is Best For

This park is ideal for families and retirees who prefer a refined, resort-style camping experience over rustic boondocking. It is a great fit for travelers looking for a stable home base while exploring Maine's many beaches, antique shops, and local seafood restaurants. Because of its well-maintained infrastructure and wide roads, it is particularly popular with big-rig owners seeking reliability, comfort, and a high level of service.

Thus is not a motel, it's an RV park. Nice big spots, very nice heated pool and hot tub. Most of the park is for seasonal destination trailers but still plenty of spots for casual renters. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. Pros: not too crowded, the pool and hot tub were nice, laundry facilities worked and were clean. Cons: the way the RV sites are laid out leaves you to have direct visibility into the front yard of the camper behind you. Which is ok for socializing, but not a lot of privacy given you're camping in a big field.

Modular Home Sites! It charges for wifi, grass cutting you have to pay for, winterize ,power washing ,you have to pay for, only one pool which is shared with the rental camp sites, this is all you have to pay for at the modular homes and the yearly charges keep going up. And accordingly to management it might go up in an increase next year.
