I would not recommend this resot at all! Just awful!! I just bought here in June. I wish I never did! Nothing but lies from management & constantly changing the lease rules & regulations. Which are absolutely ridiculous at this point!. The rates are increasing another $600 this year!! It’s already $10,200 & now $10,800??!! Absolutely ridiculous!! Are you kidding me?!! You can not even have a campfire on your own property! There is literally NOTHING to do there! Also if you have children I highly do not recommend buying here then. I was told by management a few weeks ago to keep the noise down at the pool! Wow! Kids play at the pool! UNREAL!! They have absolutely NOTHING for kids to do there nor adults for that matter. There is NO game room like it says on the website. No basketball court, no club house, no snack bar, no store no activities or anything for that matter. Just awful all around!!

We are going our 13th season at Seacoast RV Resort. Before I retired it was a great place to go and regain my sanity, now it's just a great place to go, stay, and enjoy the neighborhood.

It's not a camp ground. It's a mobile resort area. We found it to be very neat with mobile homes with attached sunrooms and good sized decks there was a community pool very clean. Open may to oct.

Seacoast is a great relaxing community, the covid19 has changed the rules but starting to get back to some what used to be normal.
