Beautiful spot, great owners, awesome service! The grounds were immaculate, they delivered our purchased wood and ice to the site, pool was big and clean, bathrooms were spotless, showers had great water pressure! Our site was wooded, private and spacious. The only downfall for us were the mosquitoes! This is obviously out of their control and they do spray to minimize which I can appreciate! I expect bugs with camping obviously but I’ve never experienced mosquitoes like this in my life! On your way to the bathroom in the morning you would have 10 mosquitoes on you immediately! Certain times of the day were better but first thing in the morning and around 8-9pm they were horrible. We were covered in bug spray and had two Thermacells running at all times and they were still bad. 10 minute drive to Panmure Island beach, such a beautiful beach!

We have tented at Seal Cove several times over the past 20+ years. Despite a late booking we got a waterside tent site on good grass, easy to drive stakes. Very windy the day we arrived. What a great campground! Absolutely no noisy campers, no loud music. Friendly folks even offered to help hold down the tent corners as we struggled in the wind. Good bathroom shower and laundry. The owners are fantastic, helpful and friendly and efficient. There were a few changes from previous visits unrelated to the camping. In the past we easily dug softshell clams beyond the point but this year we found only razor clams (supposedly good eating but we didn't try them. We did shuck and eat a couple of oysters which were good). Also we saw no seals on a sandbar that was mobbed in the past. Not sure what changed; there appears to be more aquaculture in the estuary. Eagles and Kingfishers were fun to see. In all it's a delightful campground and great for families. We didn't golf but did cycle (mechanical old style bikes) to to deserted Poverty Beach and delightful Panmure.

Beautiful campground! Loved the pool and clean washrooms. The little cabin was perfect for my mom with the bathroom and kitchen and A/C in her bedroom! We loved our quiet waterside campsite. We also loved the wood delivery.

We had a wonderful time at Seal Cove Campground! Bethany was so welcoming and answered all our questions quickly. The bathrooms are super clean and we had a campsite right by the ocean. The pool was a welcome respite after a super hot day touring around the area. Make sure to take a walk along the beach. Highly recommend!

My husband and I were there in early July 2025. I cannot say enough great comments about this site. Mostly - the owners and family made a welcoming, smiling impression. Their campground is not huge - happy about that. Its clean with a variety of activities for all family members - located right on the water. (Our photos are from the time when the tide was out) There's a heated inground pool - very clean area. A small ice cream/treat parlor offered many different yummies... I cannot comment on the "Rooms" as we arrived in our RV. I would highly recommend this campground... about 25 minutes from ferry and Wood Island port.
