We loved the indoor pool here, almost was in it everyday. Lots of activities to do (basketball, beanbag toss, playground, fuseball, etc.). Enjoyed the clubhouse, comfy spot for kids to do homework.

We lease a yearly site ... After 5 years of searching for a place to enjoy. Finally wonderful people who work there & help you with your needs wonderful accommodations the camp sites are awesome So many things to do ... creeks & pathways in the woods even has a laundry room Love this place

We had absolutely wonderful time! Everything was nice! Cabin was beautiful and perfectly cleaned ( by Michelle ❤️), Everyone was so kind, friendly, happy and helpful. The pool is awesome, we enjoyed it! Park is beautiful. We wish be back again 🙃

Bait and switch. Photos of the good side. Looks great. I was placed in a different park. There were two sides of the park. Both miles from the beach. I don’t tow, so was unable to go to the beach. No cable or WiFi on my side of the park. Laundry room floor tiles worn out. Smelled of cigarette smoke. Outside walls were rotting and had blackberry vines growing into the outside walls. No toilet paper in the community bathroom. Felt like a rundown trailer park. I had to walk at least 3.4 mile if I wanted to use the pool, clubhouse etc on the good side. Booked 3 nights , stayed one. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

Nice park, friendly staff. There is a local taxi service that frequents the park with super nice drivers and is cheaper than an Uber. Close to town, beach, a Safeway,and more. Clean bathrooms and amenities. My TMobile worked fine but also used my Starlink for work. I'm giving this park 5 stars because my stay was nice, but need to note my check in experience. I didn't realize check in was at 12pm which was my bad. I only had about 45 minutes to go. I asked if I could wait in the TOTALLY EMPTY section to the right of the ranger station, and was told no, but given the option to pay an early check in fee. The ranger suggested I wait in a nearby Plaza parking lot which I had to again endure the beach traffic that is not friendly to RVers. When it was time to check in, I was ironically assigned to a site in that yup, very EMPTY SECTION to the right of the ranger station I originally asked to wait in. I understand there are rules to follow especially if the park is full, but if my assigned site was ready to go, no maintenance needed, waiting for me to arrive. So why would you send your guest away for "just" 45 minutes. Some of us come off a very long drive and just want to set up and relax. It made no sense and frankly was very unnecessary.

We stayed here a week ago and found the park to be reasonably well maintained. A few things that bothered us were the single file check in location, and being sent a wrong way to get turned around so we could exit to the other side of the park. Upon arriving at our site there was some garbage left in the fire ring from the previous occupant. The location is great ( it is the Oregon coast after all) for anyone wanting to visit Seaside.

The only thing I don't like about a thousand trails is that most of them are SO big, which is great but for people who have trouble walking and want to go to the pool it's difficult. We didn't bring our car during this trip and could have used it but it would be nice if there were easier ways to get around for those who aren't in a wheelchair but have trouble walking.

I have been using a thousand trails for about a year, and my parents have been for about 5 years. We love it and use seaside location routinely. Except for the seaside location has an employee named Skip who has been harassing my family with trying to find any little thing wrong. He walks by our spot no matter how far from his site we are and will make complaint after complaint. Started with my parents before my partner and i got a membership, which led to him harassing my partner and I. We have heard from multiple other long-time residents and employees that we are not the only ones he has done this too. We would love to continue using the seaside location, but with the harassment on going still even with trying to contact management with no response, it's becoming more and more difficult with wanting to return. We have contacted authorities, but without him being threatening, there is not much they can do.

Wow! After 3 disappointing Oregon Thousand Trails Resort stays, very happy with Seaside Park. This park looks great. We'll maintained and pleasant staff. Staff good at other parks but property needed a lot of attention. Would highly recommend any TT member to stop over if in the area.

Pulled in for a single night with my 45ft diesel pusher. Wife and I got very sick with a stomach bug (she ended up in the hospital). Staff was great and let us stay another night in our spot, which made my life so much easier, so we could rest up. We greatly appreciate them for this. Will definitely visit again!

Great getaway. Didn't have a chance to use the facilities, but they welcome nonmembers! Considering a membership. Great service 👍

We love this Park. Have had some sewer issues in the past but their location by the beach is the best.

Resort for Thousand Trail membership holders! There is an indoor pool/hot tub/spa on one side of the park, as well as a family clubhouse with a kids room, main TV, deck, and mini library. There is also a main firepit and volleyball net. The staff is also willing to supply you with board games or toys as needed! Most sites have sewer, power, and water, and there are bathrooms throughout the park. The other side has a laundromat, and there are many trails throughout the park. Great place for families with kids to come and enjoy, even in the off season!

This is one of thousand trails best parks in Oregon, same pic a spot-we don't reserve specific spots, laundry room has new credit card only payment option, sure would be nice if the other parks that they own in this zone were half as nice as this

We had an awesome time. We enjoyed the black birds playing in the grass too. Even the Tsunami alert was pretty mild. Beautiful to watch the ocean just a few short miles away.
