Just found out they don’t allow RV’s under 22’. Even if just barely under. So be aware as I didn’t see this listed anywhere on their site and wasn’t told this when I booked. We have a brand new 21’10” TT. They called to cancel our reservation after the group I am with found out about the restriction.

Found where I want to spend a few winter months, definitely! The staff, the maintenance crew, all make ya feel like family, very welcoming. The Christmas lights put on by the residents was outstanding, made it very Christmasy. Tessa and Maria in the office, thank you for the great chats while collecting my mail, John, your awesome at helping me back into my site, and for keeping the grounds very well maintained!!! Oh yeah, watch launches from the Cape from right in the resort.

Did a 3 month stay here while doing a travel nursing contract. So happy to have found this place. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They got us exactly the site that we wanted with plenty of shade, There are plenty of open places if you like that. They have a pool and club house. The laundry rooms were clean, and all the machines worked. Also have pickle ball court and horseshoes area. And although it's right near the highway, it was very quiet.

I would not waste my time even calling this place. We were wanting to go to Kennedy space center could only get us in for one night but call back some times have cancellations. Not. So booked one night for 45 ft fifth wheel. When checked in asked one more time if could book couple more nights. Without hesitation no. Very abruptly. The sight we have 125 is plenty long enough for us to stay hooked up. The park does not show you to sight. The road is one way and very narrow. It has two posts in way to get backed in and you had to watch other vehicles and electrical box. On top of that we had couple people just have to go somewhere get behind us. Told them go around woman did and as passed me said you need to be nicer. Right. Other one chose to wait. Will not come back

Nice park, heated pools. Some nice lots, but some are our in the woods, with a one way road that takes for ever to make them loop in and out.

We will soon be arriving for a relaxing 3 month stay and are looking forward to it. We had stayed in Key Largo for 14 years during the winter and absolutely love staying at Seasons in the Sun. It is a very clean resort and well cared for as well as being in the center of so many great activities like Daytona, Orlando, Cape Canaveral, and Merritt Island National Park. You can actually see launches in the Campground. I want to give a sincere thanks for Jannell's efforts to provide a great stay and all of John's efforts in maintenance! Thanks, Mike and Tina Hughes

What a warm and welcoming park. Staff and guests have been so amazing. Sites are easy to get into and plenty of space for big rigs. This park has an active schedule of events to include food trucks, hosted Thanksgiving dinner, live music, and workouts throughout the week. Love this place and will stay here again when we are back in the area. Thanks Seasons the the Sun!

Great park. Lots to do. Pool and clubhouse was clean and well maintained! Bathrooms on the loop we stayed needed some repairs. There's a 45 second timer on the inside shower and 2 weren't working, but they fixed them after I let them know. One door wouldn't lock and the shower heads were terrible, about 1 level above just showering in my tiny RV shower. I would stay here again. Beach was about 30 minutes away if that's what you want. Very friendly staff at front office and very accommodating with our needs. Worth a stay!
