Very affordable and comfortable campground, right off Rte 27. Part permanent residents, part temporary residents. No Cable and only enough wifi to use your phone IPad. Convenient to all kinds of shopping. Accepts Good Sam discount.

I found this park by a referral from a friend that stayed here for 2 months. This place is wonderful. It is VERY QUIET and full of very friendly neighbors. The roads are all nicely paved for a smooth travel. It is a good mixture of permanent residents, snowbirds and a few weekly guests. I am excited that the power (50 amp) is excellent and the water pressure is great. The laundry facilities are not only very clean and well maintained but they are very reasonablely priced. Each site has a nice concrete patio area. The sites are a mixture of shell rock and grass.... It is a little sandy due to a lack.of recent rain but still looks nice. They offer an "annual rate" of only $235 per month plus metered power. I just arrived a couple days ago but it already feels like home. This will be my "base camp" for continued exploring. Their annual monthly rates are less than what most places charge just for storage. The owners are VERY friendly and WELCOMING. It appears that everyone here is very happy as I haven't heard anything negative about the place. The site size varies depending on the location within this small community. While they are not huge the sites are very nicely spaced out to allow for as much as possible an area of seperation between sites. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.
