I moved to settlers in August of 2023 and began a nightmare from home being flooded and on a sink hole. i live near the corner of e demolay at the horseshoe pits which have a distinct circular shape from the flooding see pictures of the hurricane blocks under the AC unit. I call attention to the favoritism shown friends and family by referring certain individuals who management is possibly related to for private work jobs. I would hesitate purchasing any homes in here because some homes are unsellable due to sun outdoors current requirement of central air units installed and rubber roofs. They will also attempt to force you to paint your home and do an inspection that will also drain your wallet. The management denies all wrong doing and nepotism. Please take all these five star reviews with a grain of salt and ask yourself why so many homes are for sale. Ask the neighbors about flooding. Properties get abandoned because of management and sun community desire to demo all the homes because they occupy the equivalent of one to two lots. I have also included the palm tree which almost fell on my home 5 times. But don't worry they replaced it immediately. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Just curious - the neighbor across from us has a truck , a car ( suv with a temp tag that was good until 11-8-24) with a trailer hooked to it and it's sitting in the empty lot next to their site, we were told via phone convo that we would have a storage site for our extra trailer , got here and NO we did not get a storage spot we had to go a couple miles down the road to another camp ground and pay $50 a month for a spot in their storage area . So why does the neighbor get to park their extra vehicles / trailers where they are ??? Saw the reply from Management- and it was a strange reply actually - my Husband was told on a phone call with the office staff at your camp ground that we would have a storage spot available when we arrived 2 months after making our reservation and paying some sort of fee to guarantee our rv spot..which was supposed to be by or at least near our friends . That did not happen either ...MAYBE MISCOMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE OFFICES ?????

This park is feeding feral cats and litters. I have cats jumping on my grill . I was attacked by one last year and needing rabies shots and my first bill was $22,000. They said they were going to clean up the cat situation up , but management here has now embraced feeding of the feral cats. We are leaving.
