I like the sense of being in nature. I don't hear traffic or sirens, only sandhill cranes, red shouldered hawks, hummingbirds and beautiful views of the sunset. The rent is in line with the amenities offered.

Clean and picturesque in both parks. Very quiet and well maintained with a good assortment of wild life. No complaints. The management is excellent and extremely helpful. We would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay.

We have been living in this community for 13 years, have not had any issues with management. Great neighbors and plenty of activities for those who are active! Of course you’ll always have a group in every community that is unhappy or complain about just about anything!

Plenty of amenities to keep the whole family busy. Very clean, wonderful people and staff are very knowledgeable. Great place to stay! We will be back with more family! Thank you Dade City Resort for making our vacation a lot fun and relaxing.

We moved there because our land flooded and we were in a pinch. I paid $850 for a month and they kicked us out because we were repairing our RV. Gave us 3 days to leave and they would refund half my money. We left and still have not received our refund. Crissy the property manager, we call her a J-Lo wanna be, is not very compassionate to people in a hard spot. They dont even deserve a one star rating.

Seven acres seemed to be quiet and calm nice senior citizen mobile home part! They had a nice entrance that fried a little pine and I saw a few folks fishing there or sight seeing I'm not sure what they were up to, anyhow it seemed laid back, no crime or hoodlums in sight, and it seemed down to Earth country living!

I have been here for a month now, I've found the resident's to be very friendly, owners Daughter and her husband are very welcoming, I think the complaints of new ownership came with a slight price increase, there scheduled to install a new pool, property is well taken care of, I fell comfortable here, still learning some kinks, but, sure I will figure it all out, give it a chance you may be surprised!

I have lived in between Seven Acres RV Park and Sunburst RV Park for 2 years. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and timely. Owner is on site, compassionate, as friendly as southern can get, and keeps his communities looking tip top. Jessica is who I deal with mostly and she is just the best. You have a question or need she can help you. Always a friendly face when passing through the neighborhood, all smiles and waves. Safe and quiet, beautiful duck filled pond, private catch and release stocked pond. It's relaxed country living close to Historic Downtown Dade City. If you are coming into the area.... or retreating for an extended stay. Come check us out. We love new people.
