Great place to stay people are fantastic

We rented one of their park models this past winter for 3 months. It proved to be a disaster. We spent 4500 plus utilities for this nightmare. It was old, rundown and smelled of stale cigarettes and cat urine. There was no grass. Just dirt and Texas burrs and dogs from adjoining neighborhood incessantly barking day and night! In the 90 days of renting, they came in 10-12 times to fix and replace appliances, doors, ever ect. We will not return!

I almost hate to post anything positive because I want this place to be a secret. Very friendly staff and guests, well run too. We will be back as often as possible.

Here for three day stay. Staff were kind and helpful. The location is great for us. Close to our friends. Weather was cloudy, which was a bummer . But the staff is sunny. I'm looking forward to staying here again.

Nice well maintained campground. Sites are spaced nicely so you have room to park your car beside your RV. This is mostly snowbirds with about 1/2 being park models. You park on the grass but that wasn't a problem even for our 43' class A even when it rained.

Great park! New paved roads, well maintained. Internet works well, they just added a second dog park. Palm trees are nicely trimmed.
