Seven Springs Travel Park

Overview

Seven Springs Travel Park serves as a peaceful haven for those seeking a dedicated 55-plus active adult community in the heart of New Port Richey. This established park is known for its friendly neighbors and well-maintained grounds, providing a sense of stability and belonging that is often missing from transient stops. Whether you are arriving for a quick seasonal getaway or planning a long-term winter stay, the park offers a quiet, residential atmosphere where travelers can truly unwind and enjoy the Florida sunshine.

Location & Surroundings

Nestled in Pasco County, the park sits in a prime location that balances suburban convenience with natural beauty. Residents enjoy being just a short drive from the scenic Pithlachascotee River and the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The surrounding area of New Port Richey is characterized by its lush greenery and easy access to local grocers, medical facilities, and quaint dining options, ensuring that every modern convenience is within reach while maintaining a relaxed, small-town pace.

Amenities & Park Features

The park is designed to encourage both relaxation and social engagement through its thoughtful onsite features. The heated swimming pool serves as the central hub for exercise and leisure, while the shuffleboard courts offer a space for friendly competition among neighbors. Each RV site provides full hookups with 30 and 50-amp service to accommodate a variety of rigs. Other essential facilities include a clean laundry room and a spacious clubhouse that hosts regular community gatherings and seasonal events throughout the year.

Nearby Attractions & Things to Do

Adventure is never far away, with the famous Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks located just a few miles to the south, offering a unique blend of Greek culture, shopping, and dining. For nature enthusiasts, the Jay B. Starkey Wilderness Park provides miles of paved trails for biking and hiking through pristine Florida ecosystems. Additionally, the region is a golfer's paradise, with several championship courses nearby, and the beautiful Fred Howard Park offers a picturesque spot for watching Gulf sunsets or launching a kayak.

Who This Park Is Best For

This destination is ideal for seasonal snowbirds and retirees who value a community-centric environment over a high-traffic resort experience. It is best suited for those who enjoy a slower pace of life and want to build lasting friendships with fellow travelers. We just booked a site ! Kim & John were so kind patient and helpful 😊 Great size rv park not too big or too small ! Looking forward to our stay - especially love that it’s only 12 mins from downtown NPR

Had a great stay back in December of last year. Accidentally had some glasses mailed to their office this year and they were kind enough to contact me and make sure they were ready for UPS pickup to make it to me out in CO. Great friendly staff.

I think Fred Mott listed below said it the best! The park is old and not kept up very well. Owners are the rudest people for being a resort owner(s). They do cater to the Canadiens which take over the place from November to May, and yes most of the Park Models have unpermitted additions which Pasco County Building Department would love to know about! I would not recommend this resort. Just look how the owners respond to people that have had a bad experience at Seven Springs.

Seven Springs Travel Park is a well maintained Travel Park and the staff is always helpful and friendly. As the owner of Sunseekers RV Services I've been to most RV resorts in the area. If I could give 10 stars I would.
