I have been here a couple of weeks now and really appreciate the quietness of the RV park. We have a decent little spot, with a bench. The area around is clean and we never have any issues. Our check in was easy, the lady in the office was very welcoming. She went though the amnesties and rules of the property very thoroughly.

As of 2026 Feb the bathhouse is not available and the Laundromat doesn't work. It is quiet, with large lots and plenty of wildlife. The price is great for the area

I was planning to stay here for a job was to last a few months. Upon arrival i found an electrical junction box with no cover and very outdated. I let staff know nothing was done about it. Then my electric quit working with 2 weeks left of rent and they would not refund my money and did not fix the problem and i had to go to another campground. DO NOT GET SPOT 53!

Management was complete unhinged they were rude and gave no privacy to must stay. She stood outside of my campsite for over an hour, making things uneasy for what reason I do not know.

Do not judge this place by the picture you see on Google they need to be updated.. This place is actually quite nice with a nice little fenced in dog park and swimming pool and pavilion picnic area.. the Staff is very nice and professional and friendly.

So I'm in Tennessee with a brand new 5th wheel. I had the thought to save a few bucks and called this crap hole after driving past and was told my 16 year old daughter is not allowed to stay there. Wow!

Wouldn't let me stay because I converted my van into an RV?!? If it was just a van I was good, it doesn't look at all bad on the outside... I just changed the insides..... I wanted to yell into the phone, "why do you think I'm calling an RV park!?!? I have an RV". I don't think there's a lot of intelligence at play. Turning away RVs at an RV park.... WOW now I've seen it all.

The park is clean and peaceful and the staff are friendly and helpful! We really like the size of our space, we have room for our coach & both our vehicles plus the price is very reasonable! We're happy we found this campground!!

Apparently unless you own a big fancy RV...you cant camp here. Lady was very rude and needs to work on her people skills as well as learning that she isn't better than anyone else. I suggest going down the road to the cedars.

A very quiet campground, and reasonably priced for a place near Nashville.

The location is good, they are open year round. If course that gives you a lot of more permanent guests, but a nice park with very pleasant staff. The sites are not all the that level and the cell service is a bit spotty. But for the price it is an excellent value. They have propane for winter and a pool for the summer.

This is a great RV Park!! The ownership and the management staff are the best. They are always friendly and accommodating, and do a great job of monitoring the noise and speed limit within the park. There are well manicured nightly, weekly, and monthly sites available, in either a shady or sunny location. (The scenery on the South side of the park is 'farm-like', and is pure Tennessee rolling foothills.) The pool is a nice amenity, and is always spotlessly clean, with crystal clear water. (I happened to be visiting the pool when the State Health Dept performed a surprise inspection and testing of chemical levels. The inspector shared with us poolside patrons that this particular pool was ALWAYS perfectly within chemical specification, and it is one of the historically CLEANEST that they monitor.) They have a dump station, separate his/her bath house, laundry, and offer propane tank refilling service. A store is adjacent to the office offering basic groceries, ice cream treats, and toiletry items. A truly comfortable place to stay.
