I only toured the lot, but it was very nice and well kept. Our interest was the tiny house area, and we were amazed at the area and the lots. We are planning to return to talk with someone about the tiny community they have.

So yes, I upgraded my stars to 5 because not many I see look this attractive and clean not to mention offer the amenities that I see here. Thanks for bringing this back to my attention. Great for overnight to long term stays. Very well kept grounds and plenty of activities for kids and adults. Due to poor city traffic planning, it will take patience and time to arrive at the easily locatable location. Super friendly staff.

We were at the end of a RV trip and needed a place to stay to attend a 9AM graduation at a Prosper stadium. Shady Creek was close to the stadium. It was clean well manicured lawns, nice streets. Just a awesome RV park. The best I've ever stayed in.

Well I settled at Shady Creek with my new trailer. This place was great. Loved the people, staff and the RV site it self. Very clean, quiet and safe. I loved this place. I say loved because I had to move because the distance from the RV park to my job was 50 miles one way. The traffic was horrible one way over an hour ride in traffic. I couldn’t do that anymore. Man I do miss it there. I would recommend this RV park to all my traveling family and friends. If it was not for the traffic I would still be there. Lord knows I truly enjoyed being there. My fellow travelers if you’re going through the Dallas area and need a place to rest for several days look up Shady Creek on 1893 FM 1385 in Aubrey TX it will feel like home.

This place was great, we arrived late but they called to make sure we knew where to get our information. The staff was friendly and the pond on site was good way to relax and have fun. Would definitely recommend and will visit again!!

Nice park. Not cheap. But nice. Pool and restrooms, showers. Very clean. Some spots get flooded so watch out for that.

This was a great stay! We were nervous about staying at a new park for a month, but our risk paid off. We had a great spot and there were many amenities: pool, laundry, showers/bathroom, exercise room, huge dog park, basketball court, and outdoor area. We used his RV park a year ago and found it lovely. This year we stayed one night because we were returning home from a winter stay elsewhere. We registered in the office and were given a map. We were met by a gentleman in a golf cart who told us to unhook our car first and that we needed him to help us find our site because we would not be able to find it on our own. We followed him through the winding path of the original campground and across the street to the new build. These lots were much bigger and more spacious, but we discovered we had to back our motorhome in… Not really a problem except we backed it clear to the very edge of the back of the lot and still had to connect another 10 foot septic hose because we could not reach the sewer hook up with our 20 foot hose. In addition to that, the site ran slightly uphill towards the back and so in the morning we had difficulty dumping our tanks. The design wasn’t user-friendly. Once we got everything hooked up, we left the park in our car to go visit with friends. When we returned at 9:30 at night, we entered the main entrance to the park and discovered that the map we have been given did not have anything drawn on it to lead us to how to get back to our lot. We started driving around trying to find the little street that we had crossed and got completely lost. We called the after hours service person who sounded like we woke her up (which she did tell us later that we did.). She was unable to get her computer up and running and couldn’t seem to understand our problem. I think she thought we were trying to check in. We had to call her back twice and she called us back once. By then we had finally figured out the map, which is very confusing, and managed to get ourselves back to the lot by about 10:00 pm. We were both very upset and irritated. The bottom line is, someone at the office should have drawn on our map so that we could have figured out how to come back after we left. We didn’t bring enough bread to leave a trail of crumbs the first time. 🙄 We tried to call the office this morning at 9 o’clock to just give them a heads up as to what happened. We don’t really like to write a review if we can talk to the owners and just tell them. The automated system told us we had zero people in front of us in line to speak to an operator and then promptly told that there was no one who could take our call and to leave a message. We tried to leave a message but just gave up and decided to write this review. There were also only three stalls for individual bathrooms and showers for the entire section. It’s a good thing there wasn’t a line. I did not see the laundry room so I don’t know how that was. While it’s a very nice park, there are some design flaws. Not sure we will stay here again. .
