This is a nice quiet park! Stayed overnight.A good stop over place.full hook up! Remember it’s in west Texas so the flies can be a bother! Staff is great and friendly! Hook’em Horns!! Park is great,level for rvs.Thank You so much.

I can only echo other positive reviews.... there's a fair number of more permanent residents as well as open overnight sites, well maintained grounds, level sites. Our site had full hookups- electric/wayer/sewer, all in very good condition. The owner is a great guy, very accommodating. We've travelled all over and the showers/bathhouse is in our top 5 of cleanest and best maintained, good pressure and hot water. They were SPOTLESS, like visiting someone's home. The laundry facilities are on par too, clean and newer washers/dryers. Some road noise occasionally but not a big deal. If you're passing through and need a stop, this is a great place.

This RV Park was the cleanest and most pleasant one we have ever visited. Paul was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I regret not having taken any pictures. The bathrooms and laundry room were both spacious and impeccably clean. We would certainly choose to stay there again. They even offer sites with carports for shaded parking adjacent to the campsites, and there are numerous large shade trees. It truly is a hidden treasure in Plainview, Texas.

Was in town for work and stayed here about 1 1/2 months. Everyone was friendly in the park, Laundry room was clean and has a tv to pass the time. Robert the owner was fantastic and always available and improving the park. It's next to the Highway but my lot was literally right next to the entrance and Highway and slept good. It wasn't too noisy. There is a metal fence in front tha blocks alot of the noise and adds privacy. Lot rent was reasonably priced and electric bill was exactly what I had expected the cost to be. Would highly recommend anyone traveling for work or recreation to check this place out. If I could give 10 stars I would. My favorite part is it's not a strict 10yr old camper or newer rv park, My camper is a 2004 and still looks great for its age. They also have carports by some of the lots to protect your vehicles, which is a great bonus!

Shady Lane RV Park is hands down the best spot in town. I’ve been here for 2 years and have zero complaints. The park is always clean, well-kept, quiet, and comfortable. Robert, the owner, is a great guy always helpful and easy to work with. The permanent shower area is spotless and has a really homey feel. If you’re looking for a safe, clean, and friendly place to stay, this is it!

Had an amazing stay! Plans changed so I ended up driving in late to the RV site and the owner was kind enough to wait for me and kept contact with me to reassure me he would be there to help me set up. Any time I had any questions or concerns he was always available, amenities were great, place was clean and gave you an immense sense of comfort. Will definitely stay again while driving thru Texas. Great place!

Since moving from Colorado 4 months ago, We decided to settle at Shady Lane RV park in Plainview Texas. We couldn’t be happier. Robert Jones, the owner and proprietor keeps the park emasculate. The park sets outside the city, and is very quiet, and well lit at night.Robert is very helpful, anything we need, he takes care of it immediately. If anyone wants a good, clean, quiet place to park and live in the Shady Lane RV park , or just passing through, Robert will make you feel very welcome.
