Don’t go live here! 😡 This place is GETTO there are crack heads that steal things from your porch and they get out at night with them backpacks stealing things they previously killed a person here lots of night activity! And the manager don’t do nothing to resolve the issue

Do not recommend this place to live in, the new manager Griselda abuses her authority, she is careless and not responsible at all!! There has been over charges that make no sense, we talked to her about it and she admitted she was to blame due to paper work she’s behind on, yet there has been no change in the last 4 months. I would NOT recommend this place at all!!!!

Rent for 2018 has gone through the roof. Over $400 of rent not including utilities and they still want to charge another $100 for yard maintenance when no one actually has green yard space. Unless you call a mud pit yard maintenance. Do not move here they are just taking your money.

The park stays clean. Friendly neighbors.

The park is quiet and calm. Only during school year do you see the kids out playing. Maintenance around the park needs to improve over grown trees and weeds up to the electric wire.
