Over the phone check-in was a breeze. Level, concrete pads, pull through sites available. Simple after hours check in. Quiet, very clean park.

Our RV pull through spot was spacious and clean and lots of grass for our dog to roll in! The large pond had fish, jumping as soon as we walked passed it. The shower was a decently spacious room, water pressure was hot and strong! Lots of room to walk and it was very easy to check in and pull into our site

This is a nicely laid-out and clean RV park. Upon arrival, stop by the office to check in and pay (if the office is closed, your last name will be posted on the door with your site number.) Connected to the office are an activity building with a kitchen, a big screen TV, plenty of tables to host a reserved event, and an area for mail/packages to be received. The office building also has shower and restroom facilities, a laundry room, and the campground's trash receptacle. There are 48 pull thru and back in sites from which to choose. Out site, 4, was a spacious and level pull thru full hookup concrete pad with 30/50 amp, a side patio, and a picnic table. The park also offers free wifi, a no-license-required free fishing pond, and a well-equipped RV Sales and Service Center next door. Pets welcome with standard rules. Many options close by in Texarkana for all of your necessities.

Nice place! Spent one night here while passing through the Texarkana area and the staff couldn't have been more helpful or kind. Booking was a breeze, plenty of light made arriving late a non-issue, and the pull-thru sites made for an easy in / out. Truly almost gave 5-stars, but our concrete pad wasn't quite level (close enough was tolerable for a night). Hopefully next time we'll have time to enjoy the fishing pond.
