I wasn’t impressed from the start when I called to see if they had spot available, it started out a ya, but how busy and tired she was from the night before with school events. I can’t remember asking about that but then I ask the cost could give it to me for 40 but will give it to me for 50🤨. Tells me call her back when we are at the front office, once she made over to the office ask if they give military discount, she tells me 50 dollars that’s it. Needless to say not a friendly place, besides the bathroom we’re not very clean and needs some work done to the showers. The gross 🤮 part they had the wet bath mat hanging on the hooks and if you used it they wanted you to hook it back up. I just wanted a place to hang my clothes up without a bath mat that who knows how many people have used all wet and full of others germs. Please don’t tell me you clean that bathroom without gloves. Went to get quarters for the laundry room and it was like a chore to open the office bad up to get me some. Have to say the location was ok, but can’t say it was a 4 star, maybe a 2.

Not a scenic or beautiful spot to stop, just the perfect spot to spend the night on your way elsewhere. (We were headed to Glacier). Conveniently located, hookups well placed, well priced, but my 5 stars come from the owners/staff. You couldn't ask for friendlier, more helpful people. In my opinion, EVERY campground could learn a little about customer service from Shady Rest. Thanks guys, for a great stop over!

This is a no frills RV park, bathrooms and laundry only, across from a middle school and by a local park. Our site was long and average width. The breakers on the post got hot and kept going off even though we had a 50 amp site. We called the office, but the guy who fixes that, would not be available to the next morning. We only stayed overnight. Many of the long term people, seemed to lack pride/money/ ability/ concern, some or all of the above and their units needed repairs on the outside and their site could use cleaning up. Sad. The RV area was clean. In the morning, a group of about 20, middle school age kids, walked through the campground, with an adult. Unsure why. I would stay again.

This was the perfect place to stay on our way to Glacier National Park! The host was so nice and laid back, easy to work with, and very pleasant! We'd stay again if we ever go through the area again.

Beautiful park! Very nice, accommodating hosts. We had a large, level pull through site but back in sites as well. Adjacent to city Park for dog walking and kids to play. Quiet, peaceful and comfortable night. Many thanks again to the h
