Everyone is really nice, lots are a fair price and located 15 minutes from anything you may need. The one negative I can say would be the train that comes by very frequently, but they were very honest about it, so i cant be mad. 10/10 experience would recommend and would stay again.

The most friendly and accommodating owner management that you will find. Everyone in the park is very friendly. Each spot is very spacious and more room than you would get anywhere else. This is great place to be proud to hang your hat.

Excellent park and great community of people! We stayed here for 6 months and it was wonderful! This park is definitely hard to beat in the Lubbock area, and everywhere else we checked out and have stayed! The spaces were perfect size and you have plenty of space for 2 vehicles! A nice privacy wall at the back side. Almost everything was 15 minutes away (Lubbock). You are far enough away from the interstate so you don’t hear any of the road noise.

In stayed here for 14 months and I really enjoyed the park and the location. It is very clean and quiet. There’s a dog run and an unpaved walking trail. Nearly every lot has a nice tree and nice grass. The rates are very reasonable, 100% of the electric usage at the renters expense but the rates are also reasonable. I hated leaving and hoping to get back again soon! Small town charm and close to Lubbock, so you have all the convinces of a larger city. I’m really impressed. One of the best parks I’ve stayed at!

We had a nice time starting in Shallowater RV park. The owners were so accommodating and friendly. The location was really great and convenient. We enjoyed our time there. The park is well maintained and you can tell they take pride in the property. Thanks again!

We lived her for 18 months in an RV. We loved every minute of it. The on-site laundry was great. The dog park and grounds were well kept. The walking track was also nice to have. It’s a great, clean, quiet community.
