Not at all good place to live. I'm at in mobile home here unfortunately and last year either my Neighbors or Park Management murdered my grapevines, 10 days before harvest they were poisoned. The year before that Park Management gave away my blueberries to the Neighbor and he's been picking all of my berries ever since. I had five bushes and he took two of them and he still takes blueberries from my other three bushes. Park management doesn't know anything and they don't even care. They break the law with impunity. One Landlord even came personally to my home to yell and scream at me, and she was replaced by an even worse Landlord who might not be a bad guy but he doesn't know anything and doesn't enforce the rules. There are feral cats here spreading disease. It's just a terrible place to live.

UPDATE 2/14/25: IT'S JUST GETTING WORSE! Predictably the nightmare employee didn't work there much longer after my original review. Since then, however, rent has skyrocketed. They changed the bathroom codes for the first time in years(I'm not sure they did a very good job informing their residents though), but for some reason they ALSO put padlocks on their key coded bathroom doors. Hope you don't experience any plumbing issues and have to use the bathroom overnight or have a close bucket or something to use lol. — — — — — — — A single employee can ruin an otherwise amazing place to stay that's so centrally located. This employee, Ed, apparently has had aggression problems and disputes with residents in the past. My personal experiences involve this employee intentionally slamming on his brakes to a complete halt, forcing my 61 year old mother to be stopped in the road directly behind him WITH TRAFFIC endangering her life. Then he decides it's a good idea to park directly in front of me, blocking me in from going anywhere, and approach me to harass me about my speed (which, mind you, was well within the clearly posted 10mph and even included a full stop at the stop sign). I would probably leave a 5 star rating if it were not for this single employee and his long track record of issues So riddle me this. How am I going to be speeding through an RV lot when I've been having transmission issues?

We had an exceptional experience at Shamrock RV Park in Springfield, Oregon! My family, including my wife and two kids, thoroughly enjoyed our extended stay of over a month at this wonderful RV park. The people and property exceeded our expectations, making our visit truly unforgettable. Being situated right next to the river was a highlight, and my children loved exploring the area and were warmly welcomed by the friendly residents. Our stay was not without some challenges, as we encountered some issues with local homeless individuals in the area. However, the residents and management of Shamrock RV Park handled the situation with efficiency and grace, and we were impressed by the community's ability to come together and resolve problems. This sense of community and support made us feel safe and happy throughout our stay. We would highly recommend Shamrock RV Park to our friends, whether they're in the middle of a move or just need a convenient overnight stay in Springfield. The park's proximity to our favorite Park Day Island was a bonus! We also enjoyed the abundance of blackberries on site, which inspired us to make blackberry cobbler three times during our stay. Overall, Shamrock RV Park offers a unique combination of natural beauty, friendly community, and convenient location that makes it a standout choice for RV enthusiasts.

The brief time i was living at this R.V park, i was welcomed amongst the community and fellow neighbors. Management was very helpful for any and all questions that I had for space rent and set-up costs, e.t.c. The Place is well maintained and maintenance tries thier best to help in any situation within a timely manner. So, if your ever in Lane County near I-5 Glenwood area and are in need of a spot to Stay for a week or two or even potentially live there with a great community. I recommend Shamrock Village R.V Park.

Very rude proprietor, stopped after hours and picked out a spot and was approached by the manager and was question as to why I just pulled in and picked a spot. I mentioned that usually the protocol was to pick a spot after hours and then pay the next morning. She was very indignant and as we were walking to the office to pay told me they don't use Pass Port.America in the summer (which I think your site should mention that). The price for the discount was $18.50 BUT sence they didn't accept the PPA at that time the cost would be ABOUT $50.00.... Well, I thought that was totally unacceptable especially seeing that they had no dump station! Just water ad electric. Anyway, the park itself is junky and filthy and I wouldn't recommend this park for anyone. Also I called twice on two different days and got a recording and it stated that they would call back NO CALL BACK!
