I've been living here for about 5 years now and it has been amazing. I love the peace and quiet of the country life, with access to good food and groceries nearby. The park itself is lovely, especially with the dog park and playground additions. And we also now have the mail room and can get packages and mail delivered straight to the park. Also, if you ever get bored on the weekends you can just go to the zoo and pet the cute animals and learn about the rescues. Did I also mention that full-time residents have access to FREE laundromat on site. I love this park. The owner, Scott, and park host, Brady, are some super cool dudes.

Had an amazing experience! Alanna (the Park Host) is wonderful! Super nice and willing to help answer questions! She and the owner worked with us when we moved before the two month minimum. All the amenities that you need right on site! Free laundry use (very nice laundry room!) plenty of shelters for storm season, and on-site storage. The only regret I have is not moving here sooner! The price is nice too for covered or un-covered lots. Was also very quiet (besides the train but trains never bothered me). Loved seeing some of the animals every day when coming home. The only reason we are not still living here is because we moved into a house in Denton. If I move back to an RV in the area, This is where I would move back to!

Best value if your staying in the area to see friends, family and attractions. Most residents are long term but it's kept really neat. Park host was super helpful. No pool, no laundry, no bathroom or shower. The train came thru several times a day and night but that's OK because we love trains.

We recently stayed at Shark Tooth and we’re absolutely wrapped with the location, cleanliness and friendless of the people. Chad was a super host and really looked after us. Loved visiting the Sharkarosa Wildlife too and just a 5min walk!! Thanks guys for making our Texas visit great!! Loved it!!

Going on 2 years here at the Shark Tooth. My wife and I snowbird and stay in South Dakota for the summer working on a Honey Bee business and helping at my families ranch along with managing 2 rental properties we own there. Our daughter stayed at the Camper thru the summer and had 1 issue, a leaking water line directly in front of our camper. Which the staff identified and repaired before she made it back from work. The Trains are well, Trains and the engineer has to honk at each and every RR crossing. Even ones with a locked gate like the one only 150 yards from our campsite, we have gotten used to it. Our Granddaughter loves seeing the animals at the SharkaRosa Wildlife Ranch every time we leave or return to the campsite. As well as our after supper walk to Dairy Queen for ice cream and we always have to have our headlamps on and hunt witches, and goblins on our way to and from the DQ. Even once we find a property to purchase we plan to keep our campsite and move an employee into it there as a bonus for our employee since affordable living is in scarce supply anywhere in Denton County.
