Very nice and quiet place. When the snowbirds or winters, as the are called down here, from November to April, it's more lively with activities and more people handing out. There are some locals who are permanent. The summer is very hot and humid, cannot survive without AC. You can find strip malls with HEB, Walmart and restaurants etc in any directions from this place. I would definitely recommend this place. Update: No changes since last posted!
