Hikers Be Aware! Some trails are wonderful and easy to navigate, like the Indian Trail. Others are very poorly marked and unclear, like the River To River trail. Maps offer only minor guidance because labeling on maps is different than what’s labeled on site, if you can find trail markings at all. People get lost out there and either call 911 for the fire dept to pick them up or stumble upon neighbors who provide assistance. USFD please improve on trail markings, especially at key trail intersections. Hike in tent camping encouraged only at Indian Trail. Pit toilets available. Water turned off Nov 1 for winter.

What a wonderful way to spend a few hours walking the trails and making your way to the top with that magical view. The name says it all when you look out at nature. Would like to get back some day to photograph a sunrise. I can just imagine the slpender of that view at sunrise. A must visit for all nature lovers passing through. Not really RV friendly in my opinion.

Because it looks like the world before it was destroyed by "progress".
