Great last-minute spot on our way to Glacier! My friends and I felt very safe here. It was quite windy for our tent, but the warm showers and electricity plug-in at our site made up for it.

One-night stay turned into unauthorized extra charges – no accountability from management I stayed at Shelby RV Park for only one night (June 1 to June 2), but was later shocked to find TWO charges on my credit card – one for $72.90 (correct), and another unauthorized charge of $243 claiming I stayed 4 extra nights, which is completely false. I left on June 2, drove to Canada, and stayed at another RV park there from June 2–7 (I even sent my confirmed reservation as proof). I reached out to Shelby RV multiple times and asked them to check their logs or surveillance, but they said they had no cameras and claimed they couldn’t verify anything. Even worse, management completely ignored my follow-up emails, including the one where I attached solid evidence proving I was not there. I never signed or authorized any extension – and yet they charged my card without my consent. This kind of careless mistake and refusal to take responsibility is unacceptable. Travelers should be aware – if their system makes an error, you may be charged hundreds of dollars without recourse. I do not recommend this RV park to anyone who values accountability and fairness.

Great place to spend the night before crossing the border into Canada… heading for Alaska. On line reservation was easy, location was easy to find and check in. Staff was great and Jessica was very helpful at the front desk as we departed this morning! She’s a keeper! Thanks for everything!

I will NEVER go here again. Why? Firstly, false advertising. They were advertising that there were mattress protectors in the cabins and that the cabins were clean. There were none, and the cabins were filthy. A family member stayed in one, my husband and I stayed in another. We had to clean both cabins before even moving our stuff inside. Dirt, hair and dried food on the floor and under the mattresses. In my family member's cabin, there was spreading mold on the bottom of the big mattress; along with some unknown stains on the other mattresses. In our cabin, there were unknown stains on the mattresses. Stay with me now. Secondly, it is unsafe. despite the mold and being unsanitary, it gets worse. There is a bathroom and showers for RVers to use, along with the people in the cabins. I had a terrible accident in one of their showers... It included a bench flipping. Long story short, I ended up with a bad head injury. We notified the hotel staff, and supposedly a report was drawn up. I went to the doctor and they did diagnose me with a head injury. The next day when I went into their office, I collapsed onto the floor unconscious. I had to be taken to the ER via ambulance, all because of the accident. They tried to cover up the scene by gluing the seat. Thirdly; the rude assistant manager. She accused me of ruining her already dirty mattresses and cabin, refusing to rent to me. Yet when I tried to inform her about all the problems, I couldn't get a word in edgewise. She gave us nothing but problems. She never followed up on the report of the accident either. I was supposed to receive a call from the actual company, yet I never did. The day in the office, i was using a cane. I went to fill out the accident report. I also asked for a complaint form to file against her and her snotty behavior. She rudely declined me and threatened to call the cops. I got up off the couch to record her. That's when I fell unconscious onto the hard, cold floor. That same day I called to get another accident form. She declined me again and never sent it. I don't have pictures before I cleaned. The picture of the cabin without protectors is how it looked before I left. As you can see, the beds are not destroyed, yet she claimed they were. If I could rate this as 0 stars I would.
