Me and the wife were here for about a week while we were doing a rv armor job and John and Lisa were very accommodating and made our stay the best possible. We even stayed a few extra days. Quite location. We got to see bunnies and ducks just walking through the park. Overall a good vibe for a 55+ community.

Just moved here the 19th..Although I came for the quiet seclusion & serene environment..the few people I've met since here have been very cordial & welcoming since arrival. Most find my Chocolate spotted Dalmation pup "Chip" a great conversion starter & Ice breaker to approach. I do enjoy the close knit community so far & Mgmt. is helpful & friendly! Thank you Natalie

Shell creek is a clean well kept up park. The people around the park were very friendly. The process was simp[e and also the ones who were working were so accommodating for us. Beautiful creek running along the property. We would definitely go back.

CONSTANT water problems and e-mails regarding water leaks, shut offs, and boil water notices. The laundry that i was told (back in May) was getting all new machines, is now (December) down to one working washer. I love the park itself, location, and residents, but this place really needs some decent management! Maintenance men are extremely rude, and so is the regional manager whenever he shows his face down here, from Michigan. Management sends constant rule, reminders, and regulations flyers and e-mails, but then do not follow those same rules themselves.

Maybe once they fix their laundry room that only has one washer in it, they’ll get a better review. Heard they’ve been promising the residents this for years. They blame everything on the storm. Another reviewer pointed out that the storm was used as an excuse for a water issue, they denied that but used it as an excuse for spending money on a billboard to attract more people to an already crappy park. Seems like they’re doing some shady business here.

I have owned a place in this fish camp 🏕 for 11 years and been coming for 18years. It's not the same anymore. Used to be fun and looked forward to co.e every year for 4mo. I have had dogs for 9 years and was always able to keep them safe with alittle pet fence and now the new manager says no or get Evicted!!! Its really sad because now my dogs think when I leave for a bit or even go outside in my yard they can't even be dogs anymore. They have to be keep in house when you sit out and visit with friends. They can be 9n a leash but then they tangle everyone up so you just can't get up and walk without falling on your face. So it's sad to be hear if you have pets. But she can let hers go with no leash, says her dogs don't apply to the rules. Nothing like double standardsI wish we could get our part back up and running

Can't keep the water on for a week straight. Water gets shut of with little or no notice. No consistency in the way management enforces rules.
