Great place to camp, nice people and it’s very clean. A tad pricey, to park our boat on the empty dock was a shock to me at what they charged per night. No options, can’t park it back at the site at night so we paid the money. Restaurant and store closed at 5 which we thought was a bit early, however they didn’t have much going on in the middle of September. Food was awesome at the restaurant, blackened Salmon was killer if you like spicy food. For us not and every year destination, but would go back at sometime.

They lost our package. Our 1 star review is really that simple. I wouldn’t ship anything important here. There is also free camping in the national forest right across the road. A much better option if you want to save $50 on camping.

Great food options at a little walk up window. Had a huge Cobb salad with salmon added. For such a remote area, it was great! Picnic tables with table clothes were kind of gross as they didn’t look like they were often wiped down 😜 But great view of the lake. Amazing people watching since this is one of the rare stops along the Pacific Crest Trail. Example: Small solo hiker with a large pizza & a gallon of ice cream - eating them both simultaneously directly out of the box. He def looked like he was desperate to consume max calories. Geez, I miss those days!

One of the best campgrounds I have ever stayed at. Our group had 3 campsites and each campsite had plenty of room for tents and games. Staff were super friendly and helpful!! Cafe food was incredible. Best BLT I have ever had. Will be going again in the future and can’t wait to be back!! If you are reading this don’t miss out on the cafe’s BLT. You won’t regret it.

We had a group of about 12 people camping with us for the weekend, with a few youngins and everyone had a blast! The campground was extremely clean with plenty of space for some fun games around the campsites! Some of the group even decided to go grab a burger from the cafe instead of making what they brought! Huge thanks to the staff for being friendly and helpful! Can't wait to stay again!

We stopped for a one night RV van stay on our way to the Sierras and it was great! Staff were welcoming and friendly, the small walk up restaurant was excellent. We had the prime rib special and salmon Caesar salad. The salmon was some of the best I have had in a restaurant. The resort is a great "fish camp" for those with boats, but it's also ideal for a quiet mountain lake getaway. It's rustic, but lovely for those like us who enjoy the outdoors. We enjoyed chatting by the central campfire with other guests, and found them to all be friendly as we swapped camping stories. Cozy rustic cabins are available for those who don't want to RV it. We will be back!!

We stayed in one of their cabins this December, simply to enjoy the snow! My husband and I had a great time. There is not a ton to do if you're not into snowsports, but if you ARE into snowsports, Willamette Pass Resort is literally across the street. They also rent snowshoes. All we wanted to do was enjoy the snow, get away from town, and relax. It fit the bill for all of that! Our cabin had a full kitchen, a comfy bed, a gas fireplace, and cable. The cabins all have views of the lake - we were able to see lots of bird activity. We plan on coming here again both in winter and summer.

Took a drive with our granddaughter looking for snow ❄, but just a few leftover piles. All the cabins seem real nice and fairly priced. Will definitely 💯 stay at some time ⏲ in future. Cold 🥶 but beautiful! Definitely recommend.

Updating review in 2020. Last stayed a few years back and it was a much better experience. This year (dec 2020), little different. Facilities were in a state of disrepair, building nextdoor was collapsed, docks were unsafe and had holes in them. Stayed in kokanee a, noise traveled well between room next door, but people were generally respectful and quite. There were people (both employees and guests) walking across our porch with some regularity which made it hard to just relax in pajamas in the evening. Kitchen was not very well stocked, appliances were nice, but if you need anything beyond the extreme basics you should bring it yourself. On the morning we left (about 8am) there was a 12-14 inch tree across the road. Young man was coming to work early and jumped pretty quickly to get the tree cleared so we could get out. Also... There was no WiFi anymore. There was last time we stayed, but no internet, no service.
