I want to give this campground 4.5 stars. My husband, dog and I stayed here arriving on a Wednesday and leaving on Friday. Conveniently located off I 81 just a little north of Staunton, Va. We have a 37 ft motor home with a tow vehicle. Our site was pull thru, level, with electric, water, and cable. Our site did not have sewer so we used the dump station. Beautiful campground located along a river with a waterfall. Like most campgrounds, there is a section of seasonal sites. We did not use any of the facilities since our visit was short. The camp store did carry co-ax cable. Lots of rabbits everywhere! Definitely would stay here again!

This was our 4th time coming to this campground and definitely wasn’t the last time. We love the waterfall, the heated pool and friendly staff. The stocked fishing pond and the bunnies are a huge hit with our kids and they are already asking when we can go back to “bunny campground”.

Listen yall I know a lot of people are going to be concerned about the bunnies. I was too. They're obviously domestic bunnies and so it's very valid to be concerned that they aren't going to do well living outside like they are at this campsite. I'M HERE TO ASSURE YOU FIRSTHAND THE BUNNIES ARE ABSOLUTELY FINE! They are all well fed, they have shiny coats with no matting, no one has any eye discharge or sniffles, and they're obviously relaxed as they flop right out in the open. I wouldn't believe it if I hadn't seen it myself, but the bunnies all seem to know where their 'territory' is and are being well cared for within that range. I've had bunnies before, I know how fragile and easily stressed they are, and I'm here to reassure anyone else who might be concerned that these are indeed happy and healthy buns.

We experienced SVC this past weekend and did not disappoint! In fact we cried when we left 🙌 💯 My husband, daughter and I rented an RV and stay 4 days. We absolutely loved every amenity they offered from the beautiful camper we stayed in, the adorable bunnies, hot tubs, pool, parks, golf cart rental, fishing and the river float. I highly recommend this place for families with young kids. The staff were all super nice! The river float was so much fun we did it 2 times in a row. My husband caught the biggest bass from their pond. Book a stay! You and your family will make so many unforgettable memories 💓 🏕🌠 Some of the cons: The dirt around the campers is very frustrating and hard to keep putside. The hot tubs were very over clorinated! I did have to re-clean my camper floors because they felt like I was walking in sand. Thank goodness I brought my own vacuum. The pool area says "no alcohol" however parents were pounding beers while their kids swim. I think they could have better activities for kids and definitely could use solid help with the pools and hot tubs when it comes to cleaning and keeping the sites better maintained. Otherwise these things won't stop me from staying there. This feedback only can help them make things nicer for next time.

This is our favorite local campground. The waterfall there is beautiful, which of course you can't find anywhere else! The pool is heated, so it is comfortable even in the spring and fall, in addition to the hot tubs. The whole atmosphere is family and dog friendly. We have been camping here for 3 years now, just made our first visit this year, and It was a great time, as expected! My husband enjoys fishing in the river, they also have a stocked pond/lake, but he's caught huge trout in the river! My youngest daughter wanted to take our camper for her birthday, and the staff was especially welcoming and sweet to her, once they heard she was turning 7. The shower and restroom facilities are always clean and well cared for, and enjoy the DJ on Friday & Saturday nights, as well as the pancake breakfast on weekend mornings. Last but not least, don't forget all of the bunny rabbits, all over! We bring baby carrots to feed them, which they absolutely love, although the store does sell bags of pellet rabbit food, you will have all the rabbits visiting you with the baby carrots, and most of them will take it right out of your hand!

This campground was great! The staff are the reason we will be back again. Our first interaction was Junior. He helped set up our travel trailer due to us being new to camping and went above and beyond! WE had a great time fishing, swimming, and playing mini golf. They even had a DJ! Junior also helped when our truck broke down. The staff here is amazing and we will be back!

They have it all! Beautiful place too. Its a little off the path, but that is a plus for us. They have river and a waterfall. Other items: laundry, hot tubs, pool, food, dump station, herd of rabbits (not a typo), arcade, playgrounds, golf carts, horse shoe pits, trees, and other items I'm probably forgetting.

What an amazing place for our first camping trip with our new trailer. Guys leveled our site and helped my son in law set up our trailer for the first time!! Then Junior and the team helped us when my son in laws truck broke where we could not drive the trailer home. Junior stepped in and said they would move it from the site for us and store it until we could get the truck fixed and come back to get it. The best people, clean place to stay. My grandson’s birthday was Sunday and he had so much fun fishing and dancing to the DJ. We will be back!!

This campground has so much natural beauty. It is enclosed around a bend of Middle River with a gorgeous waterfall. Fishing can be done in the river or their pond. The pool boasts 85 degree temperature and I am here to attest that this is absolutely true! When the pool is open it is a comfortable 85. The camp sells several food items but their everything pizza is, by far, our favorite. We stored our camper there for the winter last year. The rates are very reasonable. The campground will move your camper off and on the site from the storage area for a small fee. A nice convenience. We took advantage of this option. It was time saving and convenient. We have camped here off and on for 2 years now. The campground staff is always friendly, courteous and very helpful. I think this is a campground to add to your favorite list. I know it is one of ou favorites.

Awesome place
