I would not recommend this place unless the "campground host" is replaced. We stayed here on the weekend and were harassed at least once a day by him. He even flipped us (my pregnant wife and two children off as we were driving through). When I confronted him about this and said " as the campground host, it's probably not a good idea to flip off your guests. He just kept repeating that the speed limit is 10 mph and would say anything else (Photo attached of him trying to block his face because he was so ashamed of what he did and being confronted about it). I was going 12 mph and I guess being given the middle finger was justified. Better yet, this guy is a VOLUNTEER! The first day we arrived he came down and yelled at us for having 3 vehicles in our spot (only two are allowed). He could clearly see we were unloading... the next day he came down while I was gone to yell at my pregnant wife and two children about having our dirt bikes parked there. He said "those better not touch this road, not even for 1 second!" They never were on the road. We hauled them to and from Bayview ORV in our truck. According to the Park Ranger, only street legal vehicles are allowed on the road, but the website doesn't show anything about this at all and it's not posted anywhere either. That being said, the rules don't apply the the Campground Host. He had three personal vehicles there (photos included). Two at his site and another parked across from his camp at the bathrooms, in the few spots provided for those campers that are further out than walking distance. He also would ride around to do his harassing in a golf cart (not street legal). The photos on the website are very deceptive. Our location (213) was terribly small. We could barely fit a 5 by 8 trailer in a 6 person tent plus two vehicles. They're supposed to be able to hold two RVs. If we actually had RV's this definitely would not have even been possible. Plus there wasn't a single square foot of grass (all gravel) and there was poison ivy literally everywhere. Overall this was a terrible experience. I wish I could have the time and money back. I hope the management will remove this guys hosting privileges. I wouldn't come if it was free. Completely unacceptable for him to flip me off, let alone children. He has no business being in that position.

Lovely campsite but not happy to arrive and find restrooms closed and porta potties instead. Temporary trailer showers were fine but I won’t return until the full restrooms are back open.

We only stopped in for one night, but it was beautiful!

A lot of construction going on in this campground which is a good thing normally one of my favorite campgrounds to go to.
