They try there best to fix there mobile homes and roads. Kinda hard when people don't pay there rent because it hurts those of us that are trying. So please have a little more respect or mind your own business. An please drive slow threw the mobile home park due to little kids.

If I could give it 0 stars I would, fix the roads they're just asking for a lawsuit or an injury and turn to a mud pit in the rain. Clear out the old run down trailers, bring in new ones, rent to better tenants and hire better maintenance. I've also heard of multiple cases of car burglary. This place needs a serious face lift. Maybe stop saving and start spending on this property?? If they charge lot rent more than $10 I'd actually be surprised. Update: Never sped through this park, even at slow speeds the roads were dangerous. however if they are being repaired, I'm sure other box truck delivery drivers wild also be extremely happy. Thanks.

I go here to see my daughter, but they really need to work on getting the road fixed and making the tenants clean up there yards. There roads broke my back struts grrr
