Safe, clean, quiet , and friendly. The monthly price is the most affordable in the area. 2 minutes from Brazos Town Center. Management and maintenance staff are top-notch. Highly recommend if you’re just passing through or looking to be a little more temporarily permanent.

Worst park that I have ever seen. Very trashy.

Management doesn't care to fix internet because the office has separate service. Told to "buy your own" or "if you don't like it then leave".
