The service center is great. They worked with us to get our rig fixed and back to us ASAP. And when a problem popped up after we had the work done they got it taken care of. The RV campground has nice level sites.

Probably ore of a 4.5 stars as there are no real amenities. The park is layout well. We stayed on a long pull thru. Utilities were great with no issues. The site surface was a mix of rock and asphalt pieces. A bit strange. Was a little hard to walk on with thin soled shoes. The location of the park is perfect. We have stayed as both of the campgrounds in town. This one has fewer trees but the sites are more level and better in general. Nothing wrong with the other park either.

We had warranty work done on our Brinkley through Shipshewana RV Repair, and the experience was absolutely outstanding. From start to finish, everything was handled smoothly and with professionalism. Ryan, the manager, kept us updated at least twice a week with pictures and detailed explanations of the work being completed on our unit. That communication gave us so much peace of mind knowing our rig was in the best hands. What really impressed us was Ryan’s thoroughness and care—he didn’t just address the original issues, he also fixed other things he noticed along the way. On top of that, he went above and beyond by building custom shelves we requested, painting them, and making them look like they came straight from the factory. He also caught that we were due for a bearing repack and made sure to take care of it before we hit the road again. It’s rare to find a shop that treats your RV like their own, but Ryan and his team did exactly that. The level of service, attention to detail, and pride in their work made the long trip from Florida to Indiana completely worth it. We highly recommend Shipshewana RV Repair and will definitely trust them with our rig again in the future.

By design over 90% of all sites are pull through and big rig friendly. Very well thought out layout. Newer campground so trees need some time before they offer shade. Sites are all gravel and mostly level. Bath house / restrooms was very clean with large shower bathroom. Overall very clean place with an on site service center.

Great location, right next to local shops and the flea market. Definitely worth a stopover. Staff is wonderful, helpful and kind. Lots to do within walking distance. Clean, modern bathrooms and showers. Why 4 stars and not 5? Laundry facilities. The dryers only run for 10 minutes at a time. By the time they've heated, they start the cool-down cycle. Then you've got to start again, adding quarters for another 10 minutes. Took way longer than necessary to dry clothes and you had to go back to the machine to add money every few minutes. Obviously, staff is aware of this and there's a sign pointing it out. Instead of a sign, the recommendation would be to fix the problem.

The RV Service Center is great!! We pulled in with our powered 3 step system acting up, wouldn't retract without persuasion. Their tech came to our camp site and made a quick evaluation of the issue, setting us up for repairs the following morning at 11. By 2 pm they were done with repairs and the bill was considerably less than I had experienced elsewhere!! Give this business a try, they're professional and straight up with their evaluation and work performed. Back home (FL), we'd still be waiting for an appointment just to have someone look at it. Very happy!!

We brought our RV up to Indiana for my work. We scheduled with the Forest River factory to fix all of our Warranty issues. The factory sent us to Trading Places RV Service Center and we are glad they did. Ryan and his team did a fantastic job and got everything fixed in a weeks time. The staff was very friendly and professional. We had a lot of stuff (tools, grill, personal items) in the RV when we turned it in. Everything was still there, as the employees are honest folks. I highly recommend this RV service center for you repair needs. They work hard, fast and do their best to please the customer. Ryan told us that they treat each RV like it belongs to a family member. Can't say enough good things about them.

They installed air conditioner and did two recall repairs in a very timely fashion. When we got to our campground we couldn't get the air conditioner to work and they came out immediately. It was our fault but they didn't charge us! Their facility is new and impressive. I recommend them highly 👌

By far the best RV place we have encountered. Our RV was in for warranty work, where the dealer lacked in keeping us informed Ryan more than made up for with honesty and reality with time frame. Every employee we encountered was pleasant and friendly. Campground attached to service center is clean and easily accessible with our 44’ fifth wheel. Kaylie and Kathy worked with us on our stays back and forth between campground and hotel. They were able to get answers for us when needed. Ryan was always available, very honest and a pleasure to work with. Anytime we had a question we didn’t get an impression we were bothering anyone there. We hope we don’t need their services but if we had any issues we would certainly not hesitate to go back. Definitely recommend!!

PROS! SO GLAD GRAND DESIGN SENT US THERE! THESE FOLKS KNOW HOW TO REPAIR RVs!!! And they are just really nice folks, which makes it even better. We had some warranty items on our 11- month old RV, that my mechanically gifted husband couldn't fix. Neither had another skilled RV service shop, nor had the dealer's service shop in San Antonio been able. Ryan knows RV repair, and his crew did a stellar job fixing all the items (except long lead time furniture replacement in the time frame we were in Indiana). Efficient, effective, and on time repair! Ryan also clearly and thoroughly answered our questions. Going the extra mile, they moved our RV from and to our site at their campground so we'd be able to continue to live in it each evening. Grand Design recommends them, and we were delighted with their help, from Kayle's telephone reservations and repair appointment assistance, through the Shipshewana RV parking, and help with a multitude of things to do in the local area. P.S. to the owner, you should give Ryan and Kayle a raise!👍
