This is an old campground that could use some serious upgrades. The pond and beach are nice but the rest is “meh”. I couldn’t get the lady behind the counter to smile once. Seemed unhappy. The place was empty when I was there as it were weekdays, they put me in a rather ugly campsite, there were plenty of empty spots that were certainly better, a couple came by to look at my site because they were staying there after I checked out. Obviously they use this site so they only have to clean one. It’s really geared for seasonal campers.

Wooded sites are a decent size and enough space between the sites so you don't feel right on top of your neighbor. Staff was great with bringing wood and assisting on parking if needed. Can't wait to go back.

Wonderful campground! I come here every year and the owners and staff are so nice and helpful. They deliver wood to your site and help you back your rig in. This campground is my so relaxing and sweet. We swim in the pond, rent a boat and enjoy the fire pit. They have some themed weeks- carnival week is really fun for younger kids. There’s also a game building and you can borrow DVDs for free! This is my 1# campground and I tell every camper I know about it.
