The place is a mess. It needs a big time cleanup. We never were able to find someone in the office. The garbage receptacle had overflowed and the birds had spread it around.

Expensive. Public shower is ok. Right next to Chevron for convenience. Usually, no manager on duty, you have to check in at a different park. Watch your things and vehicles as access to the park is free to homeless and other undesirables from the water front trail. I stayed here for quite a while and speak from experience. If you are looking for a short lay over in your travels, it's ok. But seriously, be vigilant with your things and vehicle. Many people have had property stolen.

This is one of the poorest managed RV parks that I have used in the last 10 yrs. I called on a Mon. to stay that night. It took 4 calls that went to voice mail before somebody actually answered the phone. The person said space was available. When I arrived at the park at 3:00 in the afternoon, the office was closed. There was nobody around to assign a space. The grass had not been mowed in weeks. Most all residents were long term.

We had a break down while going through town so we had to find a spot to sit fast. Out of all the other RV parks in the area, this one was best for our needs. Yes it was difficult to get a hold of somebody. We came to the office here at the park several times and just couldn't. So we did a little research and we were able to get a hold of somebody. The gal was super friendly, super helpful and got us in with no problem. And the price was good for us as we are looking for a month spot while our truck was in a local shop. Our spot had full hookups grass and it worked perfect for us. The location worked out great for us too. We were close to shopping and close to the water. Certainly was easy to find something to do to entertain yourself. Yes, there is quite a homeless population here. But the cops drive through regularly and I am told they have a night time security. I just don't think it's the RV parks fault that there's a large homeless population here. There's a nice bike trail out back. I understand it's about 6 mi now. And a Target right next door in case you need anything. The few people I've talked to here seem to be friendly enough. No loud partying or any ruckus at all. Certainly if we were ever in this situation again, we would come right back to this park and be perfectly fine with it.

Don't bother! Potholes were huge getting to the entrance. No one around. Several people waiting for information on which space they were to use. We actually received a text telling us which space, but the envelope that was "waiting" for us in the laundry room was not present. The dumpsters were spilling over and grass hadn't been cut in a while. I was excited to see a 6.3 mile paved bike/walk trail (Target very close just off the trail). However, after taking the dogs for a short walk, we ran into so many homeless people. It was a little concerning. I was not comfortable walking on it and never would have gone out after dark. I was looking forward to taking my kayak out on the slough, but the tide was out and we didn't stay long enough to kayak. After walking the dog's and going out for my walk, a homeless woman was at the back of our RV checking out the bikes. She tried staring me down, but finally walked off. The night before I had taken anything removable from the bikes and then added another heavy duty cable so they couldn't be stolen. A camper told us a homeless guy came in and stole a 30 gallon propane tank. We stayed one night and decided to leave. Before we left someone did show up at the office. We told them we were leaving early due to the potential dangers and weren't charged. The office staff stated there are family issues going on and that was why the park looked abandoned.
