We just finished a 3 month stay at SDS in our 5th wheel. This was our first time & it was a great experience. We'll stay next year. The park is quaint, clean, friendly & has great amenities (of which there are many). One can choose what they want to participate in & the activities are run by the people that visit & live here. Everyone helps to take care of this family owned park of mobiles homes & RV spaces. No pet policy, so that is fine with us. It's located close to everything, including the hospital. One could stay here the whole time, except to go grocery shopping, because it's a little community in itself. Don't forget to bring your food tray to the potlucks, BBQ's, etc. LOL The staff works very hard to keep the park looking beautiful. We love it because it's not a "highfalutin" place & it felt like a home away from home. Vince, the manager, is the perfect fit for this park. Thank you SDS for making us feel welcome!

The only great thing is spaces are large. Facilities definitely need updated. Electric boxes need replaced. Pool is not heated. The office staff is not friendly at all. Would not recommend.

Stayed here for 7 months we have a 45 ft rv with tow car easy to get into and out. Lots are gravel and unlevel water was rusty in color. Power was very good but you have to pay for the power. Next to the freeway so you get freeway noise. No showers and bathrooms are clean about 50% of the time. Has a pool and heated spa but in poor condition. People in the park are friendly management is very poor and never around to answer any questions. No wifi no cable tv but local channels are very good Verizon is so so. About the only things this park has going for it it's cheap to rent.

We stayed there 4 months in our R.V. The lots size is very roomy that is the only reason I gave it Three Stars... the pool IS NOT keep warm enough for winter months, hot tub is like a warm bath, club house has no heat or A.C. we played cards and Bingo. The activities are not geared for us younger retired people...
