I've been here 2yrs, they've brought in some new trailers though the grounds are completely garbage and look very bad. 2 yrs no pool, no laundry, no clubhouse as advertised. Seems to me that new management or not nothing has changed here. If you have children, do not rent here dangerous, no street lights very dark at night. Pot holes everywhere, construction scraps all over, as well as sharp objects and exposed wires on many sites. Just not the family-friendly environment they advertised.

There is no working WiFi (which was suppose to be included in my rent), maintenance of the grounds (which was suppose to be included in my rent), no pool (which was suppose to be fixed last year according to previous management) & the roads are in horrible condition. Other than that it is a quiet place to live minus the new units that are being installed.

It's my new home,we bought a mobile home here and Christina, is the best she helped use through the process and she is just amazing..I highly recommend Sierra Grande and ⛰️ Vista mobile home parks it's a beautiful place to live ❤️ thank you Christina 😊.

This is not the place to rent from at all.... Horrible service. My whole family got COVID so we were late on rent went and got approved for rental assistance which was supposed to stop the eviction and all other legal action this was mine and my husband very first eviction ever and the landlord Lorena refused to wait for the rental assistance and then had my whole family forces out with nowhere to go then called rental assistance and hady appreciate denied because she failed to even comply with them like she was supposed to if I could give this place a zero rating on it I definitely would. This is the worst place I have ever lived in my life. The landlord will not work with anyone so if you don't make much and struggle at all DO NOT RENT FROM HER here or at mountain Vista she manages both places oh and the pool and clubhouse are not on use at all like she told us it would be in the lease. She also lied on the eviction notice saying we did not get rental assistance when we had 2 approval letters from them
