We stayed there for 6 months and the park was quite, nothing to do but they have a wash room and shower house, not to far from town. The manger Ken is a nice man.

This place is terrible. At least when Stacy was running it never had vacancies and always had a waiting list and Stacy made sure it stayed well kept. She also didnt pick and choose who she was gonna harrass and rules were rules for EVERYONE! The guy Kenneth who is the new manager used to b a tenant and somehow became the manager which is proudly and repeaditly VERY RUDELY makes sure to tell everyone! He is EXTREMELY disrespectful to woman. This place has never been this empty. The electric is exspecially terrible in the summer time and goes out several times a week (and even many times a day). The water is unsafe to drink or cook with! Kennether is quick to run rules in peoples faces but doesnt even comply with them for example ALL dogs must be on a leash but ALWAYS walks his dogs without a leash! He was a jerkwhen he was a tenany and would randomly yell at other tenants such as my husand in the daytime about his music and now he is the manager and is MUCH worse! He has ABSOLUTELY no respect for ANYONE. My daughter recently lost her 3 month old baby and EVERYTIME she comes in the park he harrasses her FOR NO REASON! When we first moved here the rent was $370 its now $600 and they have done NOTHING to upgrade the park EXCEPT add a huge storgae shed by the water tank for there use NO USE OF THE TENANTS. The dog park, playground, and bathrooms were all set up and fixed up by the old management Stacy who the owners ran off for whatever reason. They may not ahve been perfect but at least Stacy and Bobbt knew how to deal with people and treat everyone the same! I honestly dont know how the owners cant see that the nee managent is costing them money because they have people leaving almost on the daily and not many people staying on the daily. I wish the owners could see how Ken treats the tenants int wh park. They say no appliances outside like deep freezers and refridgerators but yet there r people with them. Ken truly does pick and choose who enforces the rules on and has no problems being a jerk ALL THE TIME and is always in mad mode. He is clearly a very miserable man!! If u treasure ur peace, and rv this place is not for u NOT TOO mention its DEFINATELY NOT worth $600 a month!!! If u use foul language he will try to kick u out when its cleary part of our freedom of speech rights. He is a joke and so is this place. Take ur money elsewhere where u wil get treated with respect because u will not get it here!!

I love this little RV park. Nothing fancy. No pool or golf course. Basic family park with small dog area, laundry/ showers and playground. Quiet, clean. Some of these are families that live full-time. Trees and flowers create a little shade. Most spots have a nice Slab. There is a new manager now, Ken. He and the gal in the office are very nice Many improvements going on in the park. Basic park, no frills... safe and affordable.

Me and my wife put a $300 deposit down and we arrived at 1am and could already tell that it was nothing like the pictures. There is no gravel and mud everywhere. We was told we had a pull through spot but to pull through it you would have to put it in 4wd to get through all the mud. We woke up and luckily found another campground then we went to the office to tell the manager we was moving and offered to pay for the night and she said it was fine so then I went on to ask about getting the deposit money back or at least the $200 back that I was told I would get back when I checked out. Then she told me I costed her money that I would not be able to get it back. The other couple that was traveling with us was a few days behind us and also put a deposit down and never even made it to the campground and they didn’t get there deposit back either. And also I didn’t feel safe leaving my wife there by herself at the campground!! This place is a joke.

Do not stay here, the electric goes on and off all day long, the electric grid in this place is so poor it can ruin your AC units, plus the water is contaminated by the city of Casa Grande, they have been told to fix it but will not do so. Plus the manager Stacy is a theft, her and her husband will steal anything not tied down. The park is very poor and trashy looking and that mainly because the manager Stacy and her husband don't do their jobs and the office most of the time is closed when it's supposed to be open. Love to find out who owns the park because I don't think they know that the management team is that bad. "STAY AWAY DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ".

5 stars for not being a 55+! been here several months now and plan to be here several more, it is a ways out of town but that i see as a plus, its along way for bums to walk vs the in town ones who have alot of complaints about bums. rate is ok but if you are under 55 good luck finding another one. having on site storage for cheap is a big plus. its quiet, management is cool and everyone seems to keep to themselves. they allow you to put up garden sheds or deliver those portable sheds in your space, i think that is really rare. play area for kids, on site laundry and shower. not only would i stay long term but i also recommended it to my coworker

I love living here for so many reasons. The property manager, Stacy, has done so many great things. The children have an amazing playground because of her. We now have a gazebo with seating and a fire pit and grill to enjoy. The property is well maintained and very friendly people. I would recommend this RV park to anyone👍

Very quiet. Neighbors are friendly for the most part I stick to myself. Recently upgraded well equipment and children’s play area. The larger gravel throughout the park is nice when it rains, keeps the spaces from getting super muddy. 10/10 would recommend

The water is included in the lot rent, and the mail boxes were new, but no locks. There was a secondary lot where trailers and stuff seemed to be stored with a gate that locked which is a huge plus!!!! And the parents were actually watching their children play and keeping an eye on them. Which you hardly see.

Very happy so far. Very family friendly, great manager and very great rates. They r not super picky about they age of your trailer, obviously understanding that not everyone can afford a newer trailer. We love it here!
