The positives of this campground is that it is conveniently located and the pool was nice. Unfortunately that is not enough to get me to stay here again. This campground is so narrow to maneuver a camper through. Backing into our spot took forever because the road was narrow and there were trees that were hindering us from backing in. The RV spots are so uneven that it took everything we had to try and level our camper and it never did get completely level. What normally takes us an hour to completely set up took us almost three. We saw people who were trying to back into their spots but would have to drive around the campground over and over to try and get in a good position to back in. We saw a motorhome actually hit a tree trying to back in. We have a 30ft camper and I felt like it was way to big for this campground. Finally, the campground is right on the highway so there is quite a bit of noise.

Our first RV stay was over Labor Day weekend with beautiful weather and a little light rain on the day we went to SDC. We camp in our travel trailer when vacationing. The campground provides FREE shuttle service to/from SDC which saves time and additional walking as they drop you off at the main gate. The campground is very well kept, many sites available with clean facilities and store on site. There are a few restaurants within walking distance of the campground. This 2nd visit was October 16-19, ended our SDC visit due to a torrential storm. We have scheduled another trip in early December to try out the log cabins. Highly recommended to anyone that wants to be close to SDC.

Great place, reasonably quiet, nice clean bathrooms. Not overly busy. Well kept grounds. You won't be able to drive stakes in the pads at the camp sites, they are hard packed. Overall a great campground. We will definitely be back.

Great campsite in back for tents and it was peaceful. Not a lot of people when we went but it can get full so reserve early. Shuttle to silver dollar city and discount with your pass. As for branson strip, it's 10 minutes away and easy access to Branson west or table rock lake. Rv sites and cabins as well. We roughed it in the back and liked it.

Great little camping facility, will definitely return! We tent camped, heads up that the ground is very hard so bring some heavy duty, sharp stakes. The tent sites are also very close together, so you hear everything (like your neighbor snoring). Still recommend, super friendly staff, has a pool, nice bathrooms and showers.
