If you want a safe place to sleep and it is really cheap, this is the RV park for you. It’s a smaller RV park that is super quiet and well taken care of. My mom and I lived here separately and together for 2-3 years and the park host on property is amazing! She is an understanding but firm park host that you can actually talk to and isn’t a big meanie. Best thing about this place is that it has a sweet deal. Pay your lot payment and you get an electrical allowance! You don’t start paying your electricity bill till you go over that allowance! Saved my college behind a lot of money and helped me be more mindful about my electricity usage. Win – Win! So, package deal with lot payment, park host is a gem, its quiet and its not far from restaurants, grocery stores, propane and gas stations… need I say more! Get yourself in this park before spots fill up!

Not enough electricity going to the park. There is only 400 amps provided for 20 spots, that’s only 20 amps per spot. My ac never worked right. I moved and it works wonderfully now. I would t feel right not posting this. But if you want to be hot and have apliances go out this is the place. It’s Great place if your only staying when it’s cold outside however.

I’ve lived here over 4 months now and have enjoyed every minute. Reasonable rates, good water and good neighborly people. There are only 15 spots here which allows for larger sites with most in the trees. Our resident land lady is so kind and friendly and looks after all of us here. Messy sites are not allowed which I appreciate. I would truly recommend staying here. We plan on remaining here for a few years.

Stayed a few months here with my husband, we loved the landlord, she's a very nice and caring person . The park is quiet the residents are polite . We would stay again if the opportunity arose.

The owner of this park is very sweet. She has one of the hardest jobs in the world, and that is to make everyone happy. I have no complaints. Maintenance issues are addressed very quickly. Neighbors are nice. Park is very quiet.

Rates may be nice ($470/mo FHU included) but no, thanks. No onsite showers or laundry. Simple: RV showers are tiny, and have limited hot water. Also, in a 1 bath house, it happens that you both need to go at the same time. Been to 9 states, and OK and TX are the first with no onsite showers/laundry. Empty the voice mail (ph listed on website) and add an email here. Would love to say positive things, but when park cannot be reached, why? Update: The onsite Showers are broke. "Froze and haven't fixed it. But people in RVs have showers so don't need it anyway."

Lynn, the camp host is delightful. Sites are only rented by the month. After we couldn't find a spot, she let us dry camp in her parking lot for the night.

Silver Fox RV park, It`s a nice quite park. Their are 15 sites ALL with water (good water) Electrics= 50 amp 30 amp and 110. Each site has a sewer hookup. Pets welcome their is a large area for Fido to explore. The entrance is well marked and the road in was just repaved (2019) so, no problems there. Lake Ray Roberts is right across the street and has a public boat launch. It feels like your in the Country yet Your around the corner for things... Gas, Large food store and dinning. Denton and Dallas are a short drive away. Their are large storage units for rent There is an on site manager and garbage done weekly. If your looking for a semi-permanent or permanent place, Silver Fox is hard to beat. Nice neighbors too. The part I liked is that your not parked right next to your neighbor. No sardine can parking here.....,Space, Got to like that
